    Very nice modern appearance and is a nice upgrade to many!
    We had to get rid of the older style (white) microwave and I felt that this was a nice upgrade for our kitchen. The unit produces 700 watts which sort of the standard with smaller microwaves. We could not be happier, and I can heat up my cold coffee cup in just 2 minutes.

    *Read manual before use
    I have the over the range microwave/convection oven combo.I read other reviews about not cooking evenly in convection oven mode, so I was apprehensive. I leave the turntable in and put the metal rack that spins on that and so far have reheated my food that way. I haven’t cooked anything in it yet. I have only used for reheating in convection mode and after playing around it works good for me. My trick is I set the degrees higher and put my food in for shorter but during preheat too, that way it’s done faster. I haven’t used the microwave feature as often but it seems okay.It is easier to use than I suspected for my first time with a convection oven. There is a grill feature I haven’t used yet and haven’t read up on that yet so if someone has ideas I’m interested to hear.***Leave the thing that looks like shiny cardboard in (it’s about 3-4 inches and a square), it’s a tiny piece on the right, that I thought would come out, I read the manual and it said to leave it in. Also read the manual because it tells you you need to set the vent before you use it and how to do it.I didn’t give it 5 stars because I haven’t had it very long and haven’t used all of the settings but for what I have used; I’m happy so far.     DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This unit is nothing more than a overpriced microwave. This unit was purchased to replace my convection/microwave that went out. I use my convection oven for baking and cooking meals. I’ve not had good results as the food is either raw in the center with the outer edges overcooked. After a few weeks of use the control panel has blistered on the numbers and the start button. At this rate, the panel will be unusable. The little pamphlet (so called “User’s Manual”) is vague at best. The unit came with a shelf and a round rack, and according to the “manual” these can be used to reheat food in the microwave. There is a brief overview of using the convection oven feature (maybe 1/3 page), it states to place the food directly on the turntable (nothing about the shelf or rack use). Very dissatisfied. I would have given it less than 1 star but that option isn’t available. (The review is my wife’s opinion since she is the one that uses it most.)

    Have had Commercial Chef oven before. This one has more features than older one. Child Lock and separate timer functions are important to me. The light is bright for easier control of food over cooking.

    Great microwave except…
    This microwave works exactly like a microwave should. It’s not tiny but it is small. It has a strange feature where you have to push the unlock button to open the door. But that’s fine. I got used to it. What bothers me is about a month after I received the microwave, bubbles started appearing under the unlock button and I can’t figure out how to get them out

    If you are visually impaired, apply small round button indicators on the black microwave function buttons for tactile recognition. I put my small indicators on the timer, power, #5, #0, and start functions. I myself am legally blind. I had to assess the heat expanded on this new microwave which took a bit of time. Watch opening and closing ant microwave door. The doors really can’t take too much abuse and last a lot longer if care is taken. This model seems to be working well. My last microwave lasted over 15-years so with planned obsolescence it will be interest just how long this model will last with the same care I gave my last one….
