    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
    Why did you pick this product vs others?:If I could give zero stars I would.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!  The touch screen on the first phone I bought from them only 2 months ago went crazy and died, leaving me unable to reset it and wipe my personal information.  The company refused to refund me without me sending the phone back, but obviously I can’t take that risk.  I ordered a new phone from them because I was desperate – it took a week of going back and forth with them trying to get a refund before I gave up.  The second phone was able to charge only once and then not again.  After doing all the work to get my data off the phone I originally bought these to replace, it just died and will not charge again after only 2 days.  Customer service is woefully slow and only responds once each day, usually in the middle of the night, so to try to get anything worked out is impossible.  I only wish I’d read these negative reviews before I purchased.  Amazon should absolutely cease working with this seller.

    So far, the phone appears to new and of good quality. Everything is working quiet fine so far.It came factory unlocked as it says, that’s a plus.No visible scratches.It came with full charger and pin to release the SIM tray.It keeps charger well after all my app transfer, it was still at 70%.It’s a good purchase.     Quality Phone Quality Deal
    I received the phone and it was in great condition, no scratches and it was clean. Looked new to me. The real test was using it and seeing how it run and I wasn’t disappointed, it run smooth, it downloaded an app in 3 seconds to start and that’s the fastest download I’ve ever had on any phone I’ve had. The graphics and screen is amazing. It doesn’t run hot even while charging and using it. Great quality for the price. I would rate it 5 out of 5 but there’s one slight problem which I’m really having an issue with, almost put 3 stars because this is no small feat, after powering on it only stays connected to the network for so long before it stops reading the sim. But it is refurbished and there’s no telling what all had to be fixed on it. It’s probably a hardware issue but if push comes to shove I’ll make sure I have the correct firmware and flash the firmware back on there to see if it is the software that’s the issue. I dont know if they put new firmware on it when they refurbish it or not but it’s simple. I thought about sending it back because of how much it disconnects but I’ll just keep turning it off and back on to get it to reboot reading it. Overall it is a very good phone for the price that I payed and it’s years newer than my old cracked phone. 8/10 rating overall 4/5 stars

    We are Pokémon Go players that live in a rural area and sometimes we get stuck in gyms for a LONG time. I needed a second phone to create an account that would allow us to kick us out at least once a day (when no one else can) so we can get our daily coins.This phone works amazingly well while running the game – No need to get a second phone line through your carrier!
