I’ve been using CeraVe salicylic acid cleanser for weeks now and saw no difference in my sebaceous filaments, but after literally just one wash with this cleanser I already noticed a change! It feels gentle on the skin, although it’s a bit sticky when emulsified, and it doesn’t have much of a smell to it.
