    Wonderful Air Fryer
    Okay so my traditional oven bit the dust a year ago and parts are no longer available and I could not afford to replace it. So after more than a year without an oven I thought I would try the MegaChef Air Fryer. This is the first air fryer for me and I was a little anxious. I have it now a couple of weeks and this is one fine machine. Does its job so very well. The directions for use could have been slightly more detailed – but no big deal, I did figure it out. It is easy to operate and program and it is so easy to keep clean which is delightful. I am more than happy with this product and have purchased a 2nd one for my daughter for the holidays. I have had some fabulous tasting food with this MegaChef oven and would recommend it to everyone 🙂

    You pay for return shipping. UPS wanted over $50 in shipping fees. I haven’t even used it yet, was not what I was looking for. It looks nice, ran it for 3 seconds to make sure it work, but thats all I did. Lets hope it works as good as it looks.

    A good size and design
    i was looking for a counter top oven that would fit a 9 x 13 ” pan . I have tried other larger ovens, but they never heated to temperature. This countertop oven is large enough to fit a good size pan, allows cooking several things at once and is an excellent air fryer and the interior light is great. I did not think I would use the air fryer setting because I don’t typically cook French fries, but I have now used it to air fry eggplant, sweet potatoes and shrimp. It is fast and the food comes out crispy. My only suggestion is that the instruction book is not well written. It is not clear when one should use the pre heat function or how to shut the unit off before it ends its cycle. Also removing the blue packing tape is difficult. Lighter fluid will take it off , but had to work at it.

    I used this product for baking, roasting, broiling and toasting rather than use a conventional oven or toaster. Performance in each task is excellent. Cooking time was reduced. An excellent addition to kitchen bought through Amazon.

    I have already baked brownies..cookies..and chicken wings and heated up leftovers in this counter top oven. It is unbelievable in all areas. At this time i can say i love it. The ease of use is amazing. There are instructions included but its really not even needed.

    This is the first time I purchased a counter top oven. I spent several hours reviewing various models and brands. I was looking for something that I could get my teenager to use without much difficulty, along with being able to accommodate my needs. Found Megachef a possible suit, I was not disappointed. Read the directions, completed the precooking task of burning off the oven (was happen to see this included in the use guide). It heated up quickly, and I like that the oven space is large enough to cook multiple items at the same time. Best of all is the pre-set categories that make is simple enough for a teenage to use, as well as the alarm and auto off once the cooking is completed. I am impressed with the product and would recommend this to anyone.

    Don’t recommend….bad functions
    Functions are fine. Enormous gaps in instructions and working ability. Cannot get it to work using normal start up instructions…only starts up using preheat Functions….crazy way to start an oven…don’t recommend at all

    There is no absolute perfection in anything you buy
    This is handsome unit. But the stainless is not fingerprint resistant, keep stainless steel cleaner handy.The oven decides when the fan comes on or off, and therefore anything not nailed down like parchment paper or aluminum foil is flapping in the breeze. If you use the presets, it may not be intuitive to know how done your food will be. It seems as though the convection/airfry is automatic. I’m used to making my pizza on Bake at 450 degrees for 10mins (and no fan). But the pizza preset was 400 degrees for 11 minutes, and the cheese was brown and over done after 5mins. There definitely is a learning curve, and this model is not without its shortcomings. I’ll have more for you at a later date.
