Expensive, but worth, every penny! Would buy again!
Wish I had bought this two years ago! I have had it for months now, and it has performed flawlessly! Just right for a single man who has occasional company!

    Legitimately impressive!!!
I was skeptical of countertop dishwashers, because like a lot of things, it just seems like something that wouldn’t be as good as a full sized, built in dishwasher. However, I have been proven wrong in my skepticism by this unit.I had a dishwasher at my previous apartment, but I ended up moving to a smaller location with very little counter space and no room for a dishwasher. Having a dishwasher sounds like a luxury, but when your sink is as small as the one I live with, its very difficult to stay on top of dishes even if you’re only cooking once. I finally got fed up and bought this one after doing some research. I gave up a chunk of my limited counter space, but it was so worth it.While this unit can’t hold too many dishes at once, it definitely washes the amount you’d need for a dinner for two. (a couple of bowls or plates, silverware, cooking utensils, etc.)To test the usability of this unit, I went ahead and worked it several times a day for the last month. I tried to push it to the limit by running it continuously while I cook and clean. I’ve tested every function it has aside from hooking it up to a faucet with the hose, only due to the threading on the hose being wildly large for a standard american kitchen faucet. (Maybe if I was using it outside, where a hose might go…)As far as water consumption goes, it uses roughly 1 gallon of tap water per load, and about a tablespoon of detergent. I rarely use any of the wash cycles other than quick wash (29 mins wash time; 60 min dry cycle), it does a great job and never leaves any stains on my dishes. Follow the standard protocol for dishwasher usage (scrape food before placing dishes in the basket… people please, food waste doesn’t just dissolve…)The unit is about as loud as you’d expect it to be, given that its probably not going to be in an insulated cabinet. It’s really not that bad. This unit is awesome and hasn’t disappointed me one bit! If you have a small kitchen and need a dishwasher, I can’t recommend anything else!

    Satisfied and Happy
Bigger than we thought. Works exceptionally well. I was surprised at the amount of dishes I can fit inside the dishwasher. So happy we bought. And got it at a great price.

    It leaks!
It leaks and I do not know how to fix that. It really cleans the dishes. I like it but I sure am disappointed that it leaks.

    Perfect little dishwasher
I’ve been using this for a few months now. It’s perfect for the daily dish cycle. Definitely not as powerful for those big messes, but with a rinse it’s able to clean all my basic dishes! It’s made dishes at our house so much easier.

Modern Cleaning In a Small Space
OMG, I am so excited to own one of these dishwashers! I’m just tired of missing out on fun while camping in our RV having to hand wash dishes! This is a game changer! I like the small footprint and plant to use outside to save limited space inside my RV but can definitely use inside as necessary. The option to use either a direct water source connection OR adding water to the tank, you have options to run. It doesn’t need to be tied down next to a sink. Place a bucket under it to catch water if used away from a sink area and empty it down the drain later. I found it has plenty of space for dishes for 2-3 people. I wanted one that had a utensil basket as some did not have this feature. Cleans the dishes well and drys them using the dry feature. Comes with the water pitcher, drain hose, water inlet hose, basket for cleaning vegetables.Love the internal LED light and the fact that I can watch the cycle through the clear door/window. Works great and ask I need it to! Look forward to using it on our RV adventures. This would work great in apartments with limited space that have no dishwasher available.

    Dishwasher
I have stenosis in the lower part of my spine. I live in a house that was built in the 50s and made of cinderblock so putting in a real size dishwasher was not an option. I found this and thought what the heck I will give it a try this has been a blessing and has been a miracle worker it has made my life so much easier. It’s just me and my other half so it’s not that big of a deal. Yes sometimes I may have to run two loads But it’s awesome. I don’t care it has made my life in the kitchen. A whole lot easier would definitely recommend this. It cleans a whole lot better than what I really expected to so it has come beyond my expectations. I’ve had it for at least six months now.

Stopped working just past the return date. BAD PRODUCT SUPPORT. Better alternatives
I have had issues with the product from day one. When it worked it worked well, But it completely dies after 45 days. Stay away from this product. Customer support is a waste of time. After several months, yje company offered me a full refund. If I receive I will upgrade my review. Lets see.Well they didn’t come through though they said I would get a refund. Product support is TERRIBLE if the product doesn’t work. I would stay away from this product at all cost.I purchased another one from a competitor and have used that one for almost a year and a half with no issue. The HAVA lasted less than 2 months.

Absolute game changer!I will be honest, I’ve always been a little bit “anti-dishwashers” in the past, not through any dislike but it’s only me, I don’t generate a huge amount of dirty dishes on a daily basis and I actually quite like doing the washing up by hand.Recently I’ve gone back to needing to commute to work after a number of years remote working so I now have a little less time available to me once I’ve finished my work shift to do chores, so the idea of a dishwasher I can set going while I do something else became more appealing. I have 2 problems though:1 – there is only plumbing and “under counter” space in my kitchen for 1 appliance. If I have to choose between washing machine or dishwasher, its going to be washing machine every time. Far easier to wash dishes by hand than washing clothes in the same manner!2 – I rent the property and I suspect the landlord is going to be unwilling to remodel what is a very decent kitchen just so a space can be freed up under the counter to slot in even a slimline dishwasher.I was vaguely aware that counter top machines existed but not ones which have a built in water tank so that there is no need for additional plumbing, this was the answer to my prayers!I will say that you are going to pay broadly the same amount as you would do for an entry level “cheaper end of the market” full size dishwasher so they are comparatively expensive if you compare dishwashing capacity to purchase price, but shop around, with a discount and an Amazon gift card given to me at Christmas, I got this for a shade under £200 compared to what was, at the time, a usual retail price of £270.Its small, certainly, with the glass door it reminds me of an old style CRT TV, and is probably a similar-ish size to an old school portable tv, maybe a little bigger, one with a built in VHS player (I’m showing my age a bit now!) So its not going to suite a large family. For single people, maybe a couple and those very short on space it is great but be realistic about the load you can get in there. With some jiggling about and a bit of creative stacking, it does hold and clean a surprising amount in there. Larger dinner plates could be an issue depending on their diameter and even some cutlery can be an issue, but once you get used to loading it, you can soon figure out what can go where and the best way to fit every thing in.Its not overly loud, its not whisper quiet but when its operational its no louder than my washing machine when it isn’t on a spin cycle. What I am impressed with is the quality of clean it can achieve with only 5ltrs of water. This is broadly what I would use just as hot water with washing up liquid when doing it by hand but, and I am loathed to admit it, because this machine only uses about 1/3 of the water to wash, and the rest for the following cold and then hot rinse cycles, the level of clean is far better than I could achieve by hand. The build quality feels very good. if feels solid but its not unmanageably heavy either. It comes with all of the bits you need (including a hose if you are able to connect it directly to a faucet or water inlet), a very handy jug for filling the built in water tank and a drainage hose. I have mine conveniently close to the kitchen sink so drainage into there works well. It does have a fruit washing mode and a basket for that purpose, I’m not quite sure how many people will find this useful, its not something I would ever have a particular use for but, hey, its there if you happen to find that a handy feature.I use relatively “cheap and cheerful” all in one supermarket own brand dishwasher tablets (for me, this is Lidl) and have had no issues since I took delivery of this back in January. I use it roughly once every 4/5 days, basically until I know there is enough to fill the machine, obviously scrape off any large bits of left overs and will soak some breakfast bowls but, other than that, it all goes in dirty and comes out sparkling! The filter is easy to remove and clean which I do after each use.For me, the only slight down side, which isn’t really a downside and says more about me than the product, is the glass window. There is something a bit hypnotic about seeing the jets of water splashing around inside, not something you can usually do with a dishwasher and, even now I’m a good 6+ months of ownership in, I can still easily lose 5-10 minutes at the start of each run, being more fascinated than I should be at watching it in action, the novelty has not yet quite worn off!

So geht guter Kundenservice!
