    Found a Great Microwave!
Our Farberware microwave conked out had gotten from Kohl’s 8 years ago. It lasted a good long time. It was malfunctioning, it started spinning without even pushing a button. We did not want to go without a microwave too long, its such an inconvenience.Looked under reviews on Amazon and I tell you what those reviews really helped me out.I decided on Toshiba, and it has been terrific!Almost have had it a week. It’s got stuff on there that I have to read up on. It’s works great, sounds great. When you leave seconds on there after reheating something. It’ll clear out on its own minutes later, which is very cool. The sound is fine, the turntable, the size, its all great! I believe most are having those childproof lock situation things and this is fine. What we have to do is make sure to press and lift up on the handle & it opens. Nothing complicated at all. I would definitely refer everyone to this microwave!

    Highly Recommend
I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and so far I love it! I purchased the Silver/Stainless Steel and it looks great. Operation is very quiet. I’ve only used the pre-sets at this pointand they work great. Heats quickly and thoroughly. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

    Great and functional!
I needed a new microwave and spent a while determining what to get. I definitely recommend this product as it works very quickly and heats mostly evenly. I haven’t adjusted the settings, so sometimes my microwave meals get a little crisp at the edges, but overall I’m very pleased with the look, function, and affordability of this. I waited until it was on sale and am glad that I went with this one.

    Full featured microwave
Have had it now for three months. Works great, perfect size. Has all the features of a under cabinet unit and sufficient power for everyday operations. There are many more complex operations with program instructions in the manual that I don’t think I will ever use. If you don’t use these often, you will need the manual for step by step instructions. Operation is quiet. Only thing I dislike is the confusing placement of the very small power level and custom cook time cycle buttons directly above the start and stop buttons. Since they are used often, these buttons should have been prominently displayed at top of keypad rather than almost hidden at bottom of keypad. They don’t even look like separate buttons. Poor location design but, overall, this is a great microwave priced reasonably.

Toshiba has (almost) perfected the microwave oven, but their customer service is TERRIBLE
This oven checks ALL of (at least my) microwave wanted-feature boxes.I bought this Toshiba to replace a Panasonic oven that developed an unrepairable fault in its membrane-switch control panel. (You can’t avoid membrane switches, unfortunately. They’re universal in almost everything at this point. Microwave ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, you name it. They’re all membrane switches unless you can afford semi-pro level gear.) I chose Panasonic at the time because I wanted inverter power control, and only Panasonic had it then.Since then, apparently Panasonic’s inverter patents have expired. And that is why I was able to find this Toshiba oven, which, while a very little smaller than the one it replaces. hits ALL THREE of my top three most-wanted microwave features:— It has inverter power control instead of just duty-cycling the magnetron to PRETEND to be able to vary its power.— It has moisture-sensor smart cooking and reheating so that you don’t HAVE to know how long to cook something for.— And it has AN ACTUAL DOOR HANDLE instead of an unreliable push-button to open the door.I HATE those pushbuttons. They invariably start sticking after a while, and then opening the door becomes a two-hand task, because you need one hand to push the stupid button and one to pull the door open. With the Toshiba, opening the door takes one hand, EVERY time. It’s easy, positive, and certain. No more hammering (and swearing) at the button. As a BONUS, the pre-programmed feature that we most commonly used on the old oven, after sensor reheat — sensor-cooking frozen vegetables — is right on the front panel, so now it’s two button presses (FRZ VEG, START) instead of eleven. Also, it’s extremely quiet. The one minor complaints I have about this Toshiba oven is that it takes a little while to master the feel of its membrane-switch front panel. But face it, you’re never going to find a microwave oven that doesn’t have membrane-switch controls, unless you buy a commercial-kitchen model that just has two knobs and no fancy features at all. This is about as close as you’re ever likely to find to the perfect microwave oven. I salute you, Toshiba.IMPORTANT UPDATE:Pray that you never have a problem with it, because Toshiba outsources their customer service to an outfit called NIDEA. If Nidea decides that your problem requires a return or refund to resolve it, they will send you a document containing instructions for finding and printing your Amazon full invoice via steps that DO NOT EXIST, because their document is YEARS out of date and neither amazon.com, nor the Amazon mobile app, nor the Amazon order confirmation email, looks like that any more. You won’t be able to convince them of this. They won’t understand. They’ll just keep sending you the same instructions that you cannot follow because the links and menus that they tell you to follow physically do not exist.

Muy buen diseño y tamaño, acabados de alta calidad. El funcionamiento es silencioso; sin problemas en potencia para calentar alimentos.

  7. Amazon Customer

I absolutely love this 8-in-1 Combi Microwave! A common issue with other combo microwaves is that they’re underpowered—but not this one. You can adjust the temperature to fit your needs, which makes a big difference. Just make sure to read the instructions before using it so you’re not caught off guard. Enjoy!***The seller, Rose_Range, has been amazing. I had some difficulties with a different seller regarding a separate order, and things got a little confusing during a chat with an Amazon Associate. Even though Rose_Range had nothing to do with that situation, they still stepped in and helped—something they weren’t obligated to do at all.Their support was incredibly thoughtful and above-and-beyond. It’s easily the best customer service I’ve had on Amazon. If you’re considering buying from them, don’t hesitate—they truly care about their customers and it shows.***

I was going through my past orders and didn’t realize I hadn’t reviewed this yet, which is crazy because I feel like evangelizing about it, I love it that much.I’ve had this oven for 3 years now, and I couldn’t possibly be happier with it. It functions well, it’s really easy to use and clean, and best of all NO BEEPING. The silent operation of this oven is its best feature and the primary reason I ordered it. I know most people are probably happy to operate it with the beeping sounds, but if having the option to silence all beeping sounds is as essential to you as it was to me then this is your oven.Once in awhile when the power goes out I’ll have to reset the silent mode when I reset the clock, but other than that I never hear any beeping from it whatsoever. Not when the buttons are pressed, not when the cooking cycle is done.I’ve seen some reviews saying it’s loud when cooking, but it’s no louder than any other microwave – I don’t know what these people are talking about. All microwaves make some noise when cooking.

Nice stylish look, quiet operation, like the handle opener and the shortcut time options. Delivery was prompt and within stated ETA.

We searched endlessly for a new microwave for our new home and happened to come across a Wirecutter article (do a web search for it) where they took some of the most popular microwaves and put them through a ton of tests. The Toshiba models were at the top of the list for even cooking (use potatoes for testing), best popcorn performance with the least amount of kernels left at the end, good defrost performance, intuitive easy to use controls and their one year warranty you supposedly don’t send the unit back, rather you provide them with a receipt and they issue you a refund cheque which is much appreciated. So far we love the unit as it’s easy for our kids to use as it has that basic 1980’s style control layout not one of these new ones that tries to be some science fiction 2120 food preparation units. Popcorn bags come out perfect and reheating food is nice and even. First Toshiba microwave I’ve ever owned and I don’t know I’ll ever go back to Panasonic after this.Update April 2024: The unit has now died. It did a bag of microwave popcorn, then another family went to use it and the interior light was going on and off like it was shorting out and the screen was doing the same. Unplugged, plugged back in but same issue. At this point it’s faulty and no idea where to begin to try and repair it so off to electronic recycling it goes. Managed to get 4.5 years out of it but not super impressed.
