    Love this lightweight vacuum
    Always been a fan of dirt devil and still have the handheld with a stick from 2015. However, this new dirt devil is a game changer. I wanted lightweight and this is perfect. I wanted easy to maneuver and this is perfect. I wanted the vacuum cover to get under furniture, and this has it. I don’t even need to move furniture for this vacuum to get around or under- it can get anywhere. I’m thrilled! The cord is shorter than I would have liked but it makes sense because the vacuum is smaller and I have outlets in every room. The attachment works great and it’s not super loud, compared to a regular vacuum. Great on carpet and floors. Durable so far, my last one has worked for 10 years. GAME changer. So happy. Thank you Dirt devil!!

    Bought it to clean up clumping cat litter and can’t beat the price
    I needed something small to pick up the cat litter that my cat likes to trail about my place. I use my other more powerful hand vac for my couch and wanted to keep the two separate. My apartment has hardwood floors which is awesome but it means my furry roommate’s potty use is evident everywhere.One reviewer mentioned that this is a DustBuster on a stick and I 100% agree. I don’t like the plastic wheels but for the cost ($25) I can’t REALLY gripe about that, can I? The suction with the roller attachment is actually great on this foamy bath rug I have so I imagine it would be great for low pile carpet, too. I have used it for picking up kibble and for my cat’s FreshStep clumping litter pieces. On the hardwood, I find that it is better to take off the roller attachment when cleaning litter. I found that even with the roller brush itself off the suction was not as great and it takes a few more rollovers to pick up kibble or litter off the hardwood.Great suction with the “crevice” attachment. I use crevice generously. The attachment is about two to two and half inches wide and about as long. Perfect for sucking up litter quickly but it’s not for getting between couch cushions.I love, love, love how petite this thing is. I just keep right next to the litter box. If anything, I can’t make excuses for not using it so it’s a win for a procrastinator like me. The cord length goes just down my hallway which is perfect for me. I don’t need a cord that stretches for miles for what I’m using it for.All in all, this is a great buy and I’m happy with my purchase.

    This has to be one of the worst vacuum cleaners on the planet. How this has ratings higher than 1 or 2 stars is beyond me. Here are just some of the many flaws:1. These types of vacuums are not intended to replace a full-size vacuum – it is for quick cleanups on hard surfaces or very low pile rugs. I fully understand this is basically a “dust buster” with a handle. Even so, the suction on this thing is pathetic. It has no power unless you have the roller brush on. I bought this because I wanted the option to turn the brush on or off. Forget that…if you don’t have the brush on, it will not pick up even a small scrap of paper. When the roller brush is on it works somewhat better however there is a very narrow path where it sweeps. You cannot get close enough to pick up anything in a corner or along a wall because the roller is too far away from the sides and front. This the weakest stick vacuum I have ever used.2. The cord is ridiculously short. You cannot even vacuum an average-sized room without switching outlets. This is super annoying – I have never seen such a short cord on a vacuum cleaner. I have to use an extension cord just to vacuum my stairs because it will not reach to the top.3. The plastic clip that holds the cannister in place is too weak to hold and it can randomly pop off while you are using it. It also blows dust out around the top of the cannister. I have a bungee cord wrapped around the cannister to hold it in place. It looks really great. This is mostly because of the way the filter is attached. The cannister is also extremely small so you will need to empty it repeatedly if you vacuum more than one area. If you have pets you will have to clean the filter and the roller brush several times per vacuum as well.4. The build quality is atrocious. Nothing fits together properly. The entire thing is constructed of cheap, brittle plastic. It’s like a child’s toy – flimsy plastic clips hold everything together. I put the power brush head on and it immediately fell off. I had to force it to get it to snap together and now I can’t remove it because I’m afraid it will break. It doesn’t really matter because it is useless without that roller brush anyway. I already mentioned that the cannister doesn’t fit properly an literally falls out when you are using it because of the weak clip. The plastic part of the handle nearly snapped when I was trying to assemble it. Don’t get me started on the cord wrap.5. The filter doesn’t fit down inside the cannister it sits on top of it so dust blows all around the top because it doesn’t fit properly and the weak clip strains to hold it in place. This is why the cannister keeps falling off. I will say the filter is very easy to clean so there is that.6. The flimsy handle flexes when you are using it. If you remove the handle (held in place by a plastic clip of course) something rattles around inside it. My guess is that is part of the clip has already broken inside the handle. I guess I can add duct tape to hold it in place when it does break which should really make that bungee cord shine.7. Like most stick vacs, you’ll need to clean the cannister, filter and roller brush every time you use it. The cannister and filter are easy to clean (they probably fell off while you were vacuuming anyway) but cleaning the roller brush is a pain. There is a very narrow gap to try to get into to remove any debris, etc. from the roller brush. As you are vacuuming, the suction decreases steadily as debris collects on the roller brush.8. It won’t stand up on it’s own. It is supposed to but it only manages to do this about 25% of the time. The rest of the time it just falls over. This is especially irritating because you have to leave it to switch outlets and then it falls over and the cannister probably popped off as it hit the floor, spilling dirt everywhere.As you can see, I am no fan of this vacuum. It is a flimsy poorly-designed piece of junk. Dirt Devil should be embarrassed by this product. I have a full sized vac so I bought this for light vacuuming but it is a complete failure. If you still want to purchase it, please do not pay full price – I got it for around $30 and it isn’t worth that. I regret buying this and you will too. I would never recommend this vacuum to anyone.

    Love this. I bought this for my wife because it is getting to the point she is finding it difficult to lug our Electrolux around. She is amazed at how well it works on our low carpet & the floors. She is so thankful I bought it for her. I give this product 10 stars if I could.

    “La aspiradora de juguete” Eso dijo mi madre cuando le regalé esta aspiradora, jeje obviamente al ver como funcionaba (yo tengo una) rapidamente cambió de opinión. La aspiradora es bastante ligera y manejable, si parece una aspiradora tipo Barbie ¡pero vaya que funciona!El manejo que le doy principalmente es en pisos duros, no la recomiendo para uso en alfombras porque su función es mas que nada de juntar basurita, morusas de pan y pelos de mascota (razón por la que yo la compré) de los pisos duros. Claro que la puedes utilizar en alfombras pero la potencia no es la misma que con una aspiradora tamaño adulto (jeje) y aparte de que tendrías que estar limpiando el mini filtro a cada rato.Es buena para limpieza rápida, deshacerte de los pelos de tus mascotas y para darle una pasada a tus muebles, también la puedes convertir en una aspiradora de mano para aspirar tu coche o lugares donde no puedas usar la aspiradora mientras está en modo de rueditas y cepillo. También puedes utilizarla como aspiradora de telarañas si le dejas el tubito de extensión y le quitas la parte que tiene las rueditas y cepillo. En fin, excelente mini aspiradora!**ACTUALIZACIÓN** 3 de Junio-2016La aspiradora sigue funcionando al 100 después de un poco menos de un año, lo unico malo es que la canastita/filtro que se tiene que limpiar se está rompiendo de un lado (lo que es la tela), la rotura es pequeña pero estoy seguro que esto se debe al hecho que cuando la voy a sacudir para quitarle el polvo la golpeo contra otra superficie y pues esos impactos son los que poco a poco han ido causando el daño, en realidad la culpa la tengo yo por flojo y por no enjuagar la canastita con agua como debo hacer. Obvio ya la limpio como es debido pero a todos aquellos que hacen lo mismo (golpear la canastita) les aconsejo que ya no lo hagan, ya que al romperse la tela del filtro comenzará a pasar todo el polvo al motor de la aspiradora y pues se puede descomponer, estoy seguro que no sería difícil reparar el daño, pero ya aprendí mi lección :). Fuera de eso la aspiradora sigue funcionando bien, aunque ya subió de precio de 475 pesos de cuando la compré hace un año sigue siendo un buen producto. Saludos!

    I received the product but it doesn’t work. Once I plugged it in multiple electricity ports it doesn’t turn on. And on other note the box that it came in was also damaged.

    As I live in the UK I expected the Dirt Devil to be OK for UK voltage and have a suitable plug. It did not, but an immediate refund given by the vendor, so no complaints!
