    Works great
    The vac was gifted to someone and they love it. It sucks hard and picks up cat & dog hair very well off the furniture she said. She loves using it! She’s had no problems thus far and likes it better than her expensive Shark upright!Update: I ordered another for myself as my upstairs vac went kaput. I got a used one in “acceptable” condition. All the parts were included and it works fine. It was not packaged in the original packing is all. I on purpose made sure my oriental rug was extra furry (dogs, german shedders) so I could give it a good test. It performed great with the brush extended to pick up the hair. The rug is a dark red color in spots which if any hairs are not sucked up (white hairs) will definitely show. I love the holder for the attachments which simply snaps onto the metal hose part. I’m very satisfied with it and hopefully it will last.

    Great suction but, plug broke off
    This is a great vacuum the suction is great but there are a few things that I noticed while working with it. The wheels are a little wide so it gets caught on door corners and makes it a little hard moving along. It is on the heavier side when having to pick up and move around.Overall I would recommend this purchase however, I have only had this vacuum for a little over three months now and the plug broke off in the socket today…. it could be a combination of tugging on the cord as I move about the house but, I was surprised to see that the plug broke off…now I am without a vacuum…Hopefully the one you order is better made or don’t pull on the plug too hard?

    Seems Okay
    Good suction, great price. Weight is so-so (about 10 pounds) Been using it for about 2-3 weeks now and it’s doing a good job. As others wrote, does have an electrical (burning) smell at first, but seems to be less than when first used.

    As good as my older Dyson and 1/4 the cost
    This vacuum works great and is quiet for a powerful vac. The motor in my 12 year old Dyson was dying but I was able to find a used motor and install it, so the Dyson was working again. But it is very loud, heavy and the way it retains dirt in its interior parts means I have to wash the whole thing after several uses. So I began a search for a replacement, but at far less cost than the Dyson. I knew I wanted a bagless model with a washable HEPA filter, so in the end I chose this Vacmaster and ordered an additional set of filters. I was surprised this came with an extra HEPA filter so that was a bonus. The two tools that come with it are OK, but I have a better dusting brush and crevice tool that fit this. In a comparison test with a flow meter I found the suction power on this Vacmaster is a bit better than the Dyson, and it is much quieter. I would suggest if you want a canister vac and don’t need a powered carpet brush or a vac supposedly ideal for lots of pet fur, this is a great choice. It works great on my laminate and tile floors and on low-pile carpet. It is also good for vacuuming a car.

    DONT BUT THIS VACUUM!
    Nice looking but EXTREMELY disappointing! Loud powerful-sounding motor – but virtiNO SUCTION! I couldn’t believe it – almost no pickup from the floor unit. The accessories constantly fall off the wand.When I tried emptying it, it was very awkward and I had to use a crochet hook to remove the dust bunnies and stuff. Gave up using it at home after 3 tries.Took it to my work place, thought it might be ok on laminate foors – nope. Then I was going to drop it off at local thrift shop but decided it would be really cruel to foist it off on someone that might really need to clean their place with it.It’s in the trunk of my car and I’m thinking of just tossing it in a dumpster- I don’t think I can get my money back at this late stage.I never give bad reviews but in this case, I have to do that. I’m really, really disappointed with this purchase.

    Works well for my needs.
    This is a good vacuum – especially because of it’s low cost. It has a very powerful suction, has an average noise level, the hose and nozzles are well made, the auto-retracting cord is a nice feature, and it looks nice. The first unit I received did not work properly but was replaced in two days with a simple email. I live in a NYC apartment with hardwood floors and a dog. The vacuum fits my needs picking up the dog’s hairs and a normal amount of city dust and dirt . I’ve had it for three months and use it about twice a week.

    Works Okay for General Purposes
    Works good on bare floors. Picks up very little on rugs. It’s hard to pick it up and carry. There are no instructions how to open and empty it. I struggle every time. The filter gets clogged even when you shake it to clean it. This was great for the money, inexpensive but well made and nice looking. Easy to operate. If you have mostly bare floors and things to pick up with the hand-held mode, you may like it.

    Déçu elle aspire pas si bien…..Et on doit toujours la vider chaque fois et compliquer à manipuler , le filtre est toujours très salle, la poussière reste dessus ….bref pas agréable….m
