    Easy to Maneuver & Picks up Well
    This cordless vacuum is a quality product. It is well built and it met all of my expectations. It’s easy to maneuver in tight areas, and has 2 speeds, so you can use the slower speed for quieter vacuuming. It’s also convenient to have a built-in hand vacuum, which also works well. I highly recommend this product!

    Does good job, easy to maneuver, love handheld!
    I LOVE this vacuum! Good suction, versatile swivel which allows you to get underneath furniture. Also like the fact that you can just pop out the handheld right there and use it where you need. I live in a small space and since I have to leave this thing where it might be saying it’s actually very nice looking, I got the teal and black. I removed a star for two reasons, the charge does not seem to hold for long enough- by the time I get to the third room I can hear it winding down a bit. The second reason I took a star off, when you use the handheld and you pop one of the attachments on it seems to really reduce the suction power, still works just not as good as you would want it to. Overall this is a great vacuum and I know some people were saying it didn’t work on their rugs but if your rug is thin enough this worked beautifully on mine and I have ruggables.

    Cheap but still expected more
    Expected more out of Kenmore. Purchased 2 months ago. I let battery charge all the way before first use, now it doesn’t last more than 5 minutes. Unexceptable.

    Good suction, lightweight –
    I’ve only had it overnight and used it right away. Right now it’s 5-stars. The suction is great. The canister/dust buster attachment is small. However I have 3 small, carpeted rooms. You may need to empty it in-between if you have pets.HINT…………when plugging it in to the power supply, the charging light is the teeny tiny blinking light in-between the larger Kenmore symbol and the digital display. It’s hard to see and I wear glasses. To see how much charge you have left you need to be looking at it while using it from ABOVE, not in front of it. Confused me and Kenmore support – oh duh? Right now I like it. I will update later should things go south!

    Convenient and compact but only good for vacuuming up hair on a bathroom floor.
    I would rate this a 5 in terms of size, ease of use (including charging docking station) but it maneuvers poorly (vacuum head does not stay flat to the ground when maneuvering around corners or low spaces) and, as someone who used to clean homes, and has therefore used MANY different brands/types of vacuums in her lifetime, this has terrible suction capability.It’s incredibly convenient for cleaning up loose hair on my bathroom floor, but struggles to pick up small, lightweight grains of cat litter, and especially anything heavier.Overall the quality is not worth the price :/
