    No complaints other than I wish it stored more water so I don’t have to fill it so much. Very easy to remove and fill however. Our city water tastes great after going through this filter.

    Product Didn’t Work. Customer Support Doesn’t Respond. We got screwed.
    Our product is stuck with a red light because its water reservoir doesn’t connect appropriately. Have spent an hour trying different ways to get it to work and it’s the same problem. Water only dispenses if I’m holding the filter by hand, which means the reservoir is detached and there’s little water.Britta as a brand doesn’t have customer support. They are now owned by Hamilton Pools which has a non-existent phone support line and hasn’t responded to my inquiries on the website (their only path to let them know of a problem / try to rectify). I highly doubt I’m even viewable as a customer on their end given how antiquated their systems seem to be and because I purchased through Amazon.Amazon has a different and much less appealing returns policy with this product, offering a partial refund 30 days after the product is returnedThe product doesn’t work…. And we are frustrated we bought it because now we’re basically stuck with this broken equipment with the supplier being MIA for help and Amazon disincentivizing a return. Please save yourself the hassle and do not buy this product from Amazon.

    1st one leaked but the replacement works PERFECT!
    I originally was bummed because it leaked from the spout- contacted amazon and got a replacement! Does not leak and is perfect for my small shared apartment. water comes out fast and easy to dispense!

    It does what I need, but the water receptacle could be bigger.
    Ok, Is it a bit annoying that you’re constantly filling it??… YES.Did I have to find a creative way to fill ice trays??….YES But, I no longer have to worry about my device getting contaminated while using my sink. I no longer have super unlimited space in my fridge from a huge water filter. Which is why I gave it 5 stars. It’s slim, so it doesn’t take up an unreasonable amount of space on the counter. The filtered water tastes nice and doesn’t have that tap water smell. The quality of the filter seems sturdy and well made. I like the “no-touch” fill option. But I wish the water receptacle was a bit bigger. After filing a pot, kettle or 40oz water bottle. So the water capacity could be better. You NEED to refill it. I’m not sure yet how long the filter will last as we drink a lot of water and use it for cooking. So we’ll see I guess.

    The 1st one I received did not work, the exchange works fine, but I learned from my first experience and I altered the directions before using it- Very easy to use, great filtration for the price. The troubleshooting info on Amazon is for a different model, not the Hub

    I previously used the same brand’s manual pitcher-style filter, but I grew tired of constantly cleaning it, so I decided to buy this machine. I can’t say I noticed a big difference in the taste of the water, but in terms of speed and cleanliness, I regret not getting this system sooner.The device is genuinely very easy to clean, that’s probably the biggest plus for me. It doesn’t have many parts or hard-to-reach areas. It filters water very quickly, which makes things much easier. The machine is a bit loud, but I usually filter all the water I need at once into a large glass dispenser, so I only run it once or twice a day. Because of that, the noise isn’t a major issue for me.When filling the water tank, I need to be a little careful not to get my hand wet since the handle is on the inside. Aside from that, the filter takes up very little counter space and has a nice, clean design.

    Terrible!! After many many flushes the water continues to come out cloudy.I called Amazon product support but they were anything but supportive.They just said return it instead of trying to do any type of troubleshooting.Another person told me it was a filter issue so I requested a replacement filter be sent instead of me packing up the entire system and reordering a new one. And they just wouldn’t do that. In the end they made it sound like they did that but instead I was sent another full system which I must add had the exact same issue.
