Best tasting water we’ve ever had
The water coming out of our taps tastes and smells like swimming pool chlorine on some days. On other days it smells fishy which isn’t surprising since that water comes out of a lake. This Culligan Zerowater filter system is a game changer. It produces the best tasting water we have ever had. The filters are a bit pricey but well worth it because this cleaner water cooks our food and goes into our drinks. Brewed coffee and tea tastes much better! Much healthier.

    Shockingly good water. Bye Brita.
I bought this Culligan pitcher with ZeroWater Technology for my sister in Chicago, where her tap water measures about 138 TDS. She has always been most concerned about lead in her water, so the certified filtration was a big deal for her. When she tested her old Brita with the included TDS meter and saw it was not really filtering, she tossed it immediately. The water quality is incredible. We served it to our family over Thanksgiving and several people described it as smooth and silky. It genuinely tastes different in the best way. Some reviews mention filter life or quality, but at her TDS level the filters have been lasting 25 to 40 gallons, which works out to about 4 to 6 weeks for a household of two. For the level of purification it delivers, including the fact that it is the only pitcher filter that reduces total PFAS, it feels completely reasonable. The pitcher is sturdy, easy to use, and produces water that tastes like it came from a high end system. Fantastic upgrade and an even better gift.

Absolutely love this Water Filter Pitcher!
I’ve had both the Brita and Pur Plus water filter pitchers for years, but once I found out that Culligan (the water experts) recently acquired ZeroWater, and were releasing new and improved filters along with their latest pitchers, I just HAD to be one of the first to try it. I preordered this Culligan with ZeroWater Technology 12-Cup Water Filter Pitcher, and literally a year supply of filters…the price for everything was pretty steep, but can you put a price and pure, delicious water? Nope! The day it all arrived, I was like a kid on Christmas day, pulling everything out of the box, reading the instructions, and getting started. Once of the very first things I noticed was how FAST the water goes through the filter…like seriously WOW it’s quick. Like I said, I’ve had Brita and Pur in the past, and they were both painfully slow at filtering water, and that’s after soaking the filter in water and running a few cycles of water through them first to get rid of all the carbon. So yeah, the water goes through the process QUICK, and what’s more is the purity and taste…this pitcher comes with a meter to measure how pure this water is and y’all it was seriously at 0 and here we are almost a month later and it’s STILL AT ZERO! Impressive! Not only is the water pure according to the meter, but it actually tastes pure as well. No chlorine taste or smell, no anything…just pure delish water! The Culligan with ZeroWater Technology 12-Cup Water Filter Pitcher functions and performs as advertised, and with filters that last this long, and are this amazing at filtering out the bad stuff, I’d say I’m definitely getting a good bang for my buck. Thank you to the amazing folks at Culligan – I wish y’all had come out with this sooner! LOVE IT!

Please do not buy, filters need replacement way to fast and they are not cheap
The filters for these dispensers are bad quality (Culligan with ZeroWater Technology Replacement Filter 2-Pack). They lasted up to 2 weeks at most, and take too long of a time to drain into the dispenser reservoir. I believe Culligan knows about this problem and doesn’t care about their customers. These filters are not cheap, yet poorly made. The filter that came with the dispenser was good and lasted a month, but the replacements after suck.I went to the website and there was no phone number to call.I called Amazon on 9/16/2025 and filed a complaint about the filters, so they said they would look into this, but I’m not holding my breath.Even though I bought the dispenser back in July and the replacement filters on August 2nd, and both had passed their return dates, they gave me a refund on both the dispenser and filters. The lady I’d talked to asked if I’d read the reviews and I said yes. I told her there were only a few bad reviews when I bought the product and now there are several about the filters. I was refunded, and I have no intentions to keep Culligan rich on replacements filters if they are not worth it.I hope this help the next person who is thinking on buying “Culligan with ZeroWater Technology 23-Cup Water Filter Dispenser – Includes 5-Stage Advanced Water Filter, Certified to Reduce Lead, Total PFAS (Forever Chemicals), Mercury, Fluoride, and Chlorine”.Thank you unsatisfied Customer on this Product

    Works, but doesn’t last long
These do a good job, but only last for about 30 gallons with out hard water. I would be happier if they didn’t remove all minerals, but it is a way to remove PFAS until I can get a Berkey.

  6. GE

Great water. Buy the right one.
Just a general statement: be careful which filters you buy. Don’t feel as though Zero has been very clear about this, but some filters are only good for the newest forms of their containers, and others that screw in are the only ones to use with containers you may have had a little while. For a specific review, it is amazing to me how much better my water taste. If I drink some from the tap now, I can hardly swallow it. It taste so strong and unpleasant, but out of the dispenser, it tastes wonderful.

  7. Walter L Brennan

    healthy fresh water.
I live in amarillo texas, I’m not impressed with the water quality here, so I bought this system and it’s a game changer, I wasspending around 10 dollars a week on drinking water from Walmart. and I didn’t really like it as much as I love this system. best tasting filtered water, now I just get it straight out of my kitchen faucet. the TDS meter works Amazingly well.

  8. Joeri Vanhamel

I can’t hype zerowater up enough. I’ve been drinking it for about 6 months now and it really is the best water ever. I used to have terrible habits by diluting squash and cordial in every sit of water I had, now I just drink filtered water. It’s that good. I did spool much research on water filters and tried to many. This is THE ONE filter that rules them all. Honestly can’t get any better than this. The taste is so incredibly pure.

  9. Mr. P. M. Povey

Easy to order, perfect delivery, very good water filter.

  10. karla

It would get 5 stars if the price wasn’t so high as they dont last a month but live the taste of my water after its gone through.

  11. Andrew Restall

Incredible filter jug. Been using a very well known filter jug for years ,won’t be going back to it, culligan is a must if you want filtered water fresh from the fridge.
