    The filter works fine but it won’t hold a shower head without falling down to the lowest height allowed. I have two of these, one for each shower and neither holds an up position like you’d think they would.

Instructions say to remove the filter from the case before using (in order to first remove protective tabs on each end of the filter itself), but the filter turned out to be unremovable. Following the instructions on how to remove the filter from the casing proved unproductive and additional measures were unsuccessful as well. A waste of money.

    The unit I purchased was useless. It was screwed together so tightly I couldn’t open it to remove the plastic cover on the filter or the plug at the bottom. There isn’t even any stock left so I can’t even get a replacement.
