    Have bought this toner twice and I will likely buy it again. I use it after cleansing, before serums and it keeps my dry skin moisturized and dewey looking for much longer than when I don’t use. I will also use it under body lotion all over when my skin is feeling dry. Comes in a large bottle and a good value for the price. Definitely recommend, especially if you have dry skin, or in the winter.

This toner is a bit liquidy so I recommend pumping it onto a cotton swab unless you want a watery mess on your hands.VERY hydrating, pleasant smell, doesn’t irritate my sensitive combination type skin at all.     I love this product BUT I specifically ordered this size to get the pump that is supposed to go with it – as shown in the picture and answered by Rufus when questioned about it – and it arrived without the pump. I am very disappointed…..
