    Best Space Heater
This heater is fantastic. Within two hours, it heated our garage from 50 degrees to 65. Assembly was extremely easy- just screwing on the base of the heater. I love the timer option as well. It’s a small, sleek design that doesn’t take up much room, but it’s still powerful.

Quiet, Effective, Portable & Saves on Heating Bills!
I’m really happy with this heater! It’s incredibly quiet, works very well, and the remote is a huge convenience. I love that it’s portable and lightweight, making it easy to move to different rooms. I’m using it in my office as a supplemental heater, and it’s definitely helping to lower my heating bills. Highly recommend!

    Lasko Oscillating Portable Heater
I bought this for our bedroom which has a large bay drafty bay window. It works great. It’s just the right size to take the chill out of the entire room using the oscillating setting. I love that it has a remote control so I can turn it on & warm up the room before I have to get up. You can set the temperature & a timer so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. The digital display is a good size & shows the actual room temperature, the temperature you are setting it to &, the timer setting as you set it them.

Best tower heater on the market for larger rooms
This is one of the best portable heaters I’ve ever purchased for heating up larger rooms and then maintaining the temperature. I’ve tried them all – ceramic, oil filled, old-fashioned tension wires, etc. During a heating system breakdown while we were waiting for a replacement blower motor to arrive, the outside temps dropped below 20 degrees F at night (of course it breaks on one of the coldest weeks of the year), so rather than evacuate to a hotel, we pulled out all our portable heaters. Most just ran and ran but did little to change the overall temperature of the room…. except this bad boy from Lasko. We put it in the primary bedroom (350 Sq Ft) and within about an hour, the room temp went from 55 to 75, and then it shutdown only coming on to restore the room to 72 for the rest of the night. After the system was fixed the next day, I took all the sorry heaters to the dump and bought 2 more Lasko Ceramic towers for the house. Bring it on winter….

Impressive, Powerful Oscillating Heater/Fan at a Reasonable Price! =0)
01/23/25 – Update – This heater works so well, I purchased 2 others to give to Family Members. The remote works so well and this heater heats up quickly. Also LOVE the oscillation and timer features. You can’t go wrong with these awesome heaters! Enjoy and Stay Warm and Healthy! =0)======Received this great fan today on sale for under $70. It is awesome and comes with a remote that you have to install 2 AAA Batteries into.Nice, sturdy cardboard box housed this unit perfectly, it was shipped in the manufacturer’s box and arrived 100% intact today.Easy to build the base and took only 5 – 8 minutes to screw in the 6 phillips head screws. This combo heater/fan is tall and when it oscillates it is whisper quiet. LOVE it! =0) The remote works perfectly once you provide and install the 2 AAA batteries into it. Everything that you can control on the remote, you can also control directly on the top of the unit (in case you ever misplace the remote and/or are closer to the unit at the time that you want to change a setting). The timer is programmable from 1hr up to 8hrs. The remote settings are useful and have large buttons so that they are easy to find and press.I’m very impressed with this portable heater/fan. The only thing I wish this unit had was ability to control the “power level” of the air output. I haven’t read the manual yet, but I tried all of the remote buttons and you can control timer, heater or fan, oscillation and temperature, but I didn’t notice any button/feature that allows you to adjust the air output. Other than this missing feature, this is a fabulous unit at a great sale price. Enjoy! =0)

    Good Tower Choice
Purchased this heater to replace a large Vorrnado that did not seem to heat my living space very well and I believe due to the dispersion characteriscits of the heating source. So I wanted to try a larger taller version that had a wider dispersion field. I looked at many and did consider the Dreo since it is touted well online but did not want to spend that much. I came across this Lasko unit and it was tall and seemed to deliver a wide field. It checked the following needed: Digital readout, hi and lo settings for fan/heat, auto swiveling option, remote control, thermostat setting, efficient (at least noted in the review), safety features, timer setting, pleasant appearance (subjective), price less than 70 dollars. So it checked all my boxes so I ordered it and crossed fingers. I was easy to setup and the remote was intuitive as labeled. I also liked that I had full control with the remote and also accessed controls on the unit which were actual buttons and not membrane types. It heated quickly as noted and I felt it could work for me just fine in the low mode. If I needed more and quickly, I can operate at high until the preferred temp was achieved. And it looked as good if not better than the photos. This was a very good purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone. You still might lookat the Dreo if you need to warm a larger living room, but for me, it is more than capable.

Good heater but Beware of HOT plug
Heater warms room up. It definitely takes it time thoughand the plug gets very hot if you run it for a long time. We make sure to unplug when not using it also just to be safe.

There was a learning curve, and it will be different for everyone, but once I realized that if I set it for 67 it will keep my bedroom 70-71F (at bedside nightstand level) all night, I was pretty happy. These always have an internal thermometer, that controls the auto-shutoff/turn-on, and I suspect this one’s is about ~12in off the floor. That would explain why I need to set it for 67 to give me 70-71 at ~24in.Something else that will influence the heater’s internal temp gauge is the distance you place it from objects in front of it. Too far, and the heat won’t bounce back to turn it off for quite a while, resulting in a room much warmer than you want. Too close and it will not only turn off too soon, but you may risk starting a fire.Very happy with it though. It should last ~ 10 years without a problem.
