    Favorite Scrub
    I have been using this Acne Dote facial scrub for like 6 months with consistently smooth, acne-free skin. I like that the scrub is brown with nice-sized granules to scrub the dead skin off of my face. The smell is okay, I’m not a huge fan, but I am a fan of how after I scrub my face and rinse the product off, my face feels slightly tingly and cool. It just feels clean, and I love that. The bottle is huge, and you only need a little for your face at a time, so this bottle has lasted me for forever, and the price is great. I usually have issues with facial scrubs breaking out my skin since my skin is sensitive and acne-prone, but this scrub does the trick. I can’t use just liquid cleansers, I have to use a scrub, and I’ve searched a long time for a scrub that I really like. Plus it has great ingredients, and does not contain alcohol, parabens, or phthalates. And best of all, this brand is cruelty free! I use this product first, then a dilution of water and Desert Essence 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil as a toner, and then for moisturizer, I either use Josie Maran Argan Oil Light, Josie Maran Argan Liquid Gold facial tanner or Ultra Repair® Cream Intense Hydration. The acne dote scrub works well with these other products. I highly recommend!

    I absolutely love this face wash scrub! I don’t use it on my body, just my face so far. I love everything about it, the fresh natural scent, the excellent scrubbing power, and the way my skin feels silky soft after using it. I will most certainly be buying this wash again! It’s hard for me to find a face wash and scrub that is for the most part natural and doesn’t cause breakouts! I have very sensitive skin and my pores clog easily, and this one doesn’t cause any pimples or blackheads, so I’m sticking with it! I alternate this scrub with Acure face washes and scrubs, and Alba good and clean washes and scrubs. My skin seems to get used to face washes and scrubs so alternating and switching it up between 3-4 washes and scrubs seems to be what is best for my skin. They each do something different for my skin, this one gives a great , pore unclogging scrub and I love the cool tingly feeling (no doubt from the peppermint!). Great natural ingredients with just the right amount of gentle naturally derived surfecants (what makes the bubbles!), and I love that the scrubbies are smooth, yet give a deep scrub! I will definitely buy it again!!!

    My Acne Savior!
    After a years long search for a working acne scrub, I came across the Alba products. At first I was a little skeptical about the 100% vegetarian ingredients, thinking that it wouldn’t work, but boy was I wrong! I tried it out as soon as it arrived, and was surprised when it didn’t burn my face like other acne products do. The small particles in the scrub make for a very gentle, soothing cleaning! Unlike other scrubs with large, rough particles that scratch my face. I used only a small amount, which was enough to cover my entire face, and rubbed it in for about a minute, and let it sit for five minutes before rinsing. Something that I really liked was that it didn’t hurt like crazy when a little got in my eye, and it was rather easy to clean out. While I was rinsing it just felt like my face was cleaner, and I could tell that my pores were open. After when my face was dry, it didn’t look oily at all like other scrubs make it! It also didn’t dry my skin out anymore than it already is, but made it softer than I can ever remember! After using it twice a day for only four days I am already noticing a huge difference in my acne! The giant zits on my cheeks and chin are fading faster than ever, and almost all of the little blackheads on my forehead are gone! Even the deep blackheads on my nose that have been there for years are getting a little better! I am absolutely amazed at how well this scrub has worked with my acne compared to other products. Proactiv didn’t work half this good, and Alba is only half the price! I know I’ll be buying more when I run out and I would definitely recommend others to try this if you aren’t happy with your current acne products! Its also the only acne product that I have seen that doesn’t test on animals which is great!

    Great scrub for all aged skin.
    This is a great scrub for myself (50) and my daughter (21). I have been looking for a good scrub (with actual granules), not just a gel or basic wash. Most scrubs don’t seem to help remove my dry (aging) skin but this works. I was recently visiting a relative who had this in their shower. As soon as I got home, I ordered it (and some other Alba products – all pictured). I had forgotten how much I like the Alba products because once COVID hit, I quit going to the store and just didn’t see it. I am really happy that I have them again.I use this daily and do not have any issue with my skin drying out or with sensitivity due to it being a scrub.My daughter was also happy when she saw it in our house because she said it is the only scrub that actually clears up her acne. Her skin is already clearing up.I put a neutral rating for the scent because I don’t notice much of a sent at all. However, I’m not a fan of scented items on my face so it makes to difference to me.
