    I really like this phone; especially the large call block button. the tone is good, ringer is loud, answering part is nice and I like the fact that everything is on the smaller size. I am very happy with this product.

    Performs well, but some minor annoyances
    Straightforward to set up an use. In use for 18 months, so far no problems. Just once one handset lost contact with base, fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting battery. Sound is fine. Easy to use buttons. Large number of directory entries (1000). Good price comparatively.Some minor areas of improvement:1. Info given by machine re: messages (e.g. “you have x number of messages”) too loud (male voice), cannot be turned down or off2. Handsets do not sit securely in their cradle, can be easily knocked over3. To indicate new messages there’s just one solid small red light on base, nothing on handsets

    It really seems to stop most Robo calls.
    My neighbor got this and loved it so I decided to give it a try. I have been fighting Robocalls and telemarketers for years. I have been on the Federal Do-Not-Call list since it was started and it’s had little effect on this nuisance. I’m not giving up, I’ve just found a way to get an upper hand in the fight.Setup is pretty easy but the options can be a little confusing. The printed guide really helps if you take the time to look at the call blocking options. I chose to just block Robocalls which will allow people to get through if they want to. Once set up, it really works.One thing I was dreading was adding my contacts to the “Allow” list. This model has a bluetooth option that will connect to your mobile phone and import ALL your contacts for you. It works SLICK! But consider removing contacts that you don’t use anymore or you may have to delete them after the import. It seems to import ALL the numbers under a single name and you may not want two entries and phone numbers for the same person.This was my first day with the system and I highly recommend it.     Great for blocking unwanted spam/telemarketer calls.
    This is a great phone system. I love the “call screening” feature; it has blocked innumerable spam and telemarketer calls. When one does get through, all we have to do is add that number to the call block feature, and voila! we never hear from that telemarketer again. Best system we’ve ever had! Our old phone was able to block 150 numbers, which was not nearly enough. This one is able to block about 1500, but we don’t need to actually list all of them because of the call screening feature. You can’t go wrong with this phone system if you want to block unwanted callers.

    Large display, easy to read and use
    Large display and call block feature are a plus. Make sure you have ALL the numbers of your friends, family and business contacts, or they will be blocked and can’t even leave a message. I find the sound quality great, but have had a couple people tell me that I break up occasionally. However, they were both on cell phones, and mine is a land line, so I think it may have been on their end. Very happy. When the device is in “call block” mode, you don’t even know the phone is ringing unless you are right next to the base phone. Good value.

    Answering machine problem…. The phone works great but without the answering machine.
    Can not make answering machine work. I read the owner’s manual. My phone asked for a pin even though there is no way to set one up!!!! The phone works great!!

    Great features in threory, poor design.
    I am marking this phone down to one star. The entire reason i bought the phone, call blocking is flawed. On a long phone call with one of the cordless phones, it will think the call is a new call and announce the incoming call several minutes into the call, asking for your name and asking you to hit pound. It will then go into voicemail/ This is all during your ongoing phone call. After it is setup, the call blocking to spammers does work fairly well.As i said earlier, the interface is garbage and not made for a human who has used any other phone.The phone call quality is reasonably good. Unfortunately land lines are a dying industry and this phone is half baked. I don’t think they care if this a good phone or not, and they want you to use a cell phone. I don’t recommend this product without them fixing the call blocking feature interrupting phone calls.Original Reviews: The phone works fine, and is functional. My issue is that the user interface is terrible and the control layout is terrible. The call blocking is the standout feature. However they put the call blocking button in the middle of the arrow keys instead of the menu or enter key. The layout is designed for marketing instead of usefulness. My parents have a hard time with the phone even though it us very similar to the previous phone except for the control layout. I am a tech person and I found the interface awkward at best.

    Muy utiles por si tienes problemas con llamadas a cualquier hora de numeros desconocidos, si eres de habla inglesa esta super exelente, si hablas español tambien es muy util, solo que las voces del contestador automatico o del contestador que intercepta las llamadas desconocidas estan en ingles, pero eso no limita mucho el telefono. Ademas de que son muy bonitos y esteticos, son de buena calidad. La calidad del audio se me hace regular como cualquier telefono inalambrico. La bateria parece que dura bastante si estas realizando una llamada larga.

    Perfectos para bloquear llamadas.Gracias a un familiar de esos incumplidos que nos dejó de referencia el banco marcaba a todas horas y todos los días, era nefasto e insoportable, la solución son estos telefonos de At&t, bloquea hasta 1000 numeros, y de manera sencilla, ya he tenido otro modelo pero con la misma función y misma marca y de verdad es la mejor compra, después de bloquear muchos telefonos, llega el momento que supongo que el banco realmente te da de baja y no te vuelven a marcar (porque aunque les digas que no vive ahí o lo que sea y que te den de baja no lo hacen y siguen marcando). Así que santo remedio, después de un par de meses no vuelven a marcar jamás, lo recomiendo al 100%.Lo único por lo que yo no le pongo 5 estrellas a este modelo en concreto es que las teclas estan pintadas sobre la tecla y en algun momento se van a despintar, espero que pase mucho antes de que suceda. sin embargo valen mucho la pena (Tengo otro modelo que la tecla es plastico transparente y la pintura esta debajo de la tecla haciendo imposible que se llegue a despintar, solño que estaban mas caros y estos me salieron a muy buen precio).
