It is not the easiest device to put around my ear, not used to this kind, but taking into consideration the quality of the product, I can live with that and will adjust to this style.     This brand is my go to as a CDLA since the OTR times until now. I owned several brand names e.g Sony WH-1000XM series and Sennheiser for the ultimate sound quality /clarity but this one is very specialized. Super clear sound and 36 hours of battery life. It supports the latest Bluetooth connectivity standard. The sound quality is decent and clean. It’s not over the ear as I like it but it’s on ear yet still comfortable enough for few hours. Very portable and reliable. Ask any professional drive and I guarantee you they’ll mention it to you.

    Very good, but major flaw.
    Works great. The background noise cancellation Is fantastic! I can literally be driving down the road with the windows open on the freeway and the people on the other end of the call can’t tell at all, even when asked. Of course, sporadic noise such as forklift beeps and sheet metal drops still go through, but the continuous background noise no matter how loud doesn’t go through at all I can even be using a Rotary hammer drill into concrete and they can’t hear anything.However I do have one large complaint. The voice controls is very annoying and apparently you can’t turn it off when somebody calls. If I answer it directly from my phone by swiping answer on my phone the stupid headset is still saying “answer or ignore” while my phone shows it connected and if you don’t answer fast enough it says “press NFD to answer” and no matter what button I push it doesn’t answer and so the phone is sitting there connected and the people on the other end can’t hear me until I catch it just right and I say answer. And I’ve searched through the documentation and the Internet and I have not found a way to turn the voice controls off at all. That is a major bug that made me unfortunately go to a Shokz headset, which doesn’t have as good noise cancellation.
