    Smells Delicious
    Very nice set for my teenage granddaughters for the holidays. Sweet, fresh baked sugar cookie scent. Absolutely delightful. I even got a set for their mother who is still a cookie lover herself. Great value to buy as a set. They even came as individually boxed sets for easy wrapping. Not fancy-the three items were simply placed in each separate box-but it definitely makes them easier to wrap.

    Needs better shipping packaging but the fragrances are great!
    This needs a bit of help when it’s shipped – the body wash has no additional packaging on it and it doesn’t come in a bag, so it was popped open and leaking when it arrived.HOWEVER… because it was leaking, I could immediately smell the fragrance through the box. It’s overwhelmingly vanilla, but there’s a small undertone of something else I can’t quite put my finger on. I don’t think it smells exactly like a sugar cookie, but it does smell great. It’s enjoyable and a bit fun to use in the shower, very different from my typical relaxing eucalyptus and lavender type smells.The body wash, when actually used in a shower, lathers nicely and rinses without leaving residue behind. I like it and I even tried using it as a shaving lather – works great!The scrub is absolutely fantastic. I love the texture, it doesn’t feel overly gritty, and it has the same vanilla plus something smell the body wash has. This is actually my favorite product in this set, and I want to try more from Dove to see what non-limited edition scents they might have that I would love.Let’s talk about this deodorant though. First… fragrances in general can smell differently on different people based on your own body chemistry. But second – that’s a good thing, because as much as I like the fragrance, I don’t want to walk around smelling strongly of vanilla.When I wear this deodorant, that second “something” that I can’t place comes through. It almost has an earthy fragrance to it. It’s a little strong, but mostly I smell it when I’m moving around like outside with the dogs or at the gym. Just sitting at my desk working, it’s not hitting me with fragrance.I like it. I’m not sure I’d like it if it really had that sweet cookie smell the other products do. So I think this one will really depend on how it mixes with your body chemistry.Leaving the deodorant out of it, I think the body wash and scrub are really lovely and will be fun to use throughout the holiday season.

    I wouldn’t give this as a gift.
    So unhappy with these products. Maybe I was sent a bad batch but the shower gel and scrub smelled so awful I threw away the almost full containers.The deodorant is the only one that smells like cookies. It’s ok if they don’t smell like cookies but they shouldn’t smell nauseatingly horrible.Yes, the shower gel creates amazing, thick bubbles when used. It also is very drying which is absolutely unexpected from Dove.

    I love this time of year, fall is my favorite season. Living in Texas I can’t wait for the cool weather to set in which is always ushered in with pumpkin spice and other festive smells. I was curious about this sugar cookie and it sounded delightful.I have to say I am in love with all three of these. The sugar cookie scent is a warm vanilla with undertones that give it a real cookie smell to it. Hints of graham cracker and somehow just a dash of coconut. I don’t know how they captured the bakery smell but they nailed it. I was worried it might be overpowering as so many dove products I have tried in the past have been way to strong leaving my bathroom overly perfumy. Not so here , it is enough to leave behind a pleasant smell but not curl the nose hairs with sweetness.I’ll start with the deodorant. It took me a couple applications to decide if I like it or not. The cookie smell is the strongest of the three in this one, and took a bit to get used to. However I am really quite fond of it now… I smell edible in a wonderful cheery way. It also is a nice strong deodorant, it has kept me from getting funky even after a workout.The bodywash is, interestingly enough, a light tan cookie color. It gives a nice rich lather with a warm cookie smell that lingers ever so faintly on the skin. It also leaves me feeling nice and soft before I even moisturize. This is better than other dove body washes I’ve tried as it isn’t overpowering. I so wish this wasn’t a limited edition fragrance as I’m loving it so much.The scrub is also wonderful. It doesn’t have any lather, only scrub. It has the same warm cookie smell of the others, mild for a dove product, meaning just enough. The scrub is silky with fine grains and works really well at exfoliation. I use it before the body wash which is probably what helps my skin to feel so soft after a shower. I will note that while it is called a sugar scrub, it doesn’t use actual sugar but fine silica. I actually prefer this as a true sugar scrub can feel a bit sticky.I can say if you are looking for a bath and body style gift this year for someone, this would be an absolutely wonderful set. I know I would be delighted to receive it as it just so much better quality than any of those other sampler sets I have gotten. The smell is so delightful and festive, and it moisturizes so well. Yes, just yes… I love all of these so much.

    I think that the sugar cookie body set is really cute. All of the products smell like sugar cookies. I wanna say exactly like sugar cookies, but they’re definitely a very strong, sweet vanilla. The deodorant smells amazing, but upon application, you can’t really smell it on you. The body scrub is very light and doesn’t strip the skin. The body washes Nice and feels like a typical dove body wash. I just wish with this set that it would come with a body lotion as opposed to either the scrub or the body wash. But overall, I really like this set. I think it makes a great Christmas gift.
