    A versatile LED ring light with the quality you’d expect from Gator Frameworks.
    I’m a big fan of Gator Frameworks microphone boom arms, but this is my first foray into their line of lights and related tripods.Everything was straightforward to assemble. The light has 3 color modes and 10 brightness levels. The included phone holder is of solid construction.All things considered, this would be a solid choice for podcasters/live streamers/YouTubers.Rating: 5 Stars, Highly Recommended.

    Works really well and easy to use!
    Really easy to use light and tripod. I’ve never owned one of these lights so I was a little worried I wouldn’t know how to use or that it wouldn’t really work, but I was really happy with how easy it was to use and how much improvement I saw in the quality of pictures.What I liked:- lightweight and easy to carry around- light is very bright and you can choose different light hues/shades- a little control switch which is attached to the cord easily allows you to control the brightness and different light hues/shades- phone holder has a bendy base which allows you to angle your phone.- the height of the stand can be adjusted- improves photo quality. As you can see in the very unflattering photo of me there is a side by side of a photo without the led light and with the light turned on.What I didn’t care for:- the stand felt a little cheap. The twists handles to adjust the height we’re really cheap light plastic and I was slightly worried about braking them or I turned them too tight.- phone holder struggled to hold my iPhone XR with it’s case on.- no blue tooth remote to control camera while afar- no assembly or how to use instructions included.Overall I’m happy with the product though I feel like certain features could be improved.

    Perfect for my needs
    This Ring light is perfect for me since I’m not doing anything super complicated. It provides great lighting so if you are simply doing a podcast or tutorial it will do the job. Seems like a pretty good quality overall and should last me a good long while. I believe this Ring light would make a great gift during the holiday season as well.

    Excellent item – I spend an extraordinary amount of time in virtual calls, meetings and interviews and the lighting can sometimes be an issue – this fixes it beautifully.It makes for a more professional presentation and I love the face that you have both warm and cool toned hues.It is easy to set up, sturdy and durable! Very impressed and a great deal too – the quality surpasses the price !

    great start up kit ring light
    This is a great start up kit ring light for anyone interested in making videos. It provides nice luminescent light and is fairly simple to use.The only reason I’m not giving this a five out of five star reviews is because there were no instructions included in the box. This made set up more difficult than it should’ve been. I had no idea which of the parts to attach to the ring and how to connect it all together… It took me a while to figure it out. Once it was all together, it was very easy to use and it provided brilliant light for my son’s movie studio. I would’ve liked to have been able to lower it down a bit more, so I feel like the variation of its height is too limited. Also, the length of the plug-in cord is far too short I have to use an extension cord because I needed to move it around quite a bit. It’s not very sturdy, but for the price I think it’s a good light. If you’re interested in making videos on your phone, this is a good product to use as it will provide the a decent amount of backlight for your main object in focus.

    Very nice light and great height adjustments
    I really like this light. I like the variety of light adjustments to get the right look…and for me so I don’t look so washed out. In addition to brightness settings it also has various color settings between cool and warm light. The light has a built in button on the cord, which makes it easy to power it on as well as make adjustments without having to reach up to the light itself. The light is also soft and diffuse and doesn’t create awkward shadows on my face. I use it as my lighting for zoom calls for work. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the light emits a soft high-pitched hum. I know that this is not all that uncommon but my regular work light does not and I find the noise annoying, although it is definitely not loud enough to interfere with the audio on my calls nor inhibit my ability to hear. It’s a low background type of hum and as someone with sensitivities to electronic hums in general I do make it a point to turn it off as soon I no longer need it and switch to my other quiet bright work light. My guess is most people wouldn’t even notice the hum but since I do it’s only 4 stars for me.
