    Just what I was looking for! NO MORE BEEPING!
    Manual, no annoying beeping like on the digital display models with remotes, miniature in size, BUT still puts out the same air flow as the taller versions as the heat element behind the grille is the same size no matter how big the pedestal is and this one DOES shut off and turn on if you turn the dial down and rotate back and forth.🚩Grill guard does get hot, but that means the heater is working efficiently and not just blowing cold air. 🖤👍🏻

    Effective Small Solution
    This heater replaced another ceramic fan-forced heater. This is smaller and MUCH quieter. The heat output on low seems to be the same as the high setting on the other heater it is replacing. On high it produces a lot of hot air. The oscillating feature is nice to dispurse the heat. I love the thermostat as when it reaches the desired temp, it shuts the whole thing down (the other heater left the fan running). It is running in a 12×12 room and does quite well at keeping it comfortable. The only negative is that the red light on the front of the unit stays lit all the time, not just when it is turned on and running. Like the clock on the VCR, it’s easily fixed with some black electrical tape! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    This little heater works pretty well. As others have noted it puts off an odor when in operation, I am hoping it does not continue after several uses.It is much smaller than I was expecting but the dimensions are noted.You a have a choice of either 900 watts or 1500 watts and also it oscillates if you want.It is fairly quiet and I would recommend it. 4🌟’s

    Not all 1500 watt heaters are the same.
    I have to say I am impressed. First off it is QUIET. I can barely hear it running compared to my old 1500 watt Comfort Zone heater. The fact that it is quiet doesn’t mean the fan is weak either. I can feel heat from 4 feet away, which is something my old heater never did even when it was new. It’s also much hotter as well, even though they are both 1500 watts. I chose this model Lasco because I wanted an old style thermostat, as I have read too many complaints about newer model electronics units. It turns on and off as needed just as it should.My only concern is the absence of anti-tip shut off function, as this unit will run even if it is knocked over onto its side. There is a slight smell when running but that is not uncommon with new heaters. Time will tell if it will last as long as my old heater but so far I am confident that it was money well spent. With 8 degree temps tonight, this bad boy is definitely going earn its keep.UPDATE-11 months later and the power switch is cooked. I ran this heater on low power 95% of the time. The switch started to lose connection on low power last month, so I started to use the high side. The switch is now totally inoperable and is fused together on high but does not run. I still love the heater but it is obvious that the manufacturer chose to use a switch that can’t handle the current required to operate the heater for long periods of time.

    Great so Far!
    One night review! I was seriously disappointed when I opened the box. The heater is much smaller than I thought it would be from looking at the pictures. Yes I know I didn’t read the description. I just knew my heater broke and I needed something quickly. I live in a drafty old school bus. It is almost always colder in here than it is outside without the heater running. It was 41° outside when I woke up but a toasty 62 in here. I am absolutely shocked as I am heating about a front by 8 foot space the front of the bus and the rear half is blocked off with heavy curtains. I cannot speak to the longevity of this product, but I will update my review at a future time.

    It works!
    It is 2 thirds as tall as the heater it replaced and works 1000 times better! I turned it on the low setting and low heat and in 2 minutes a whole 16×20 room was warm! This baby pumps out heat! The only thing I wish it had was numbers on the temperature dial (60, 70 ect…) other than that this thing is worth it’s weight in gold if you need to heat up a room.

    Tengo años con el, es muy potente y eficaz. Calienta una habitación rápido. Se me ha caído bastantes veces y sigue funcionando . Eso sí, consume bastante energía , aprox usándolo 3-5 veces por semana en invierno el recibo de luz se sextuplica , para mí no es un problema pero considero que es bueno mencionarlo. Suerte 🍀

    No leí bien la descripción, creí queera más alto, aún así calienta adecuadamente, no es ruidoso, el control de termostato es muy útil, el cable es algo corto, pero eso depende de dónde deseas ubicarlo y que se encuentre un enchufe cerca

    Je suis très satisfaite de ce radiateur. Il ne prend pas beaucoup de place et fonctionne très bien. Ma porte patio jette du froid sur le plancher de bois flottant. Ça répond à mes besoins par grand froid. Le seul hic est que sa chaleur est trop dirigée et propulsée au sol. Il faudrait que la grille soit un peu plus haute. Je reste tout de même satisfaite. Ma remarque est surtout pour le fabriquant.
