Customers say

Customers find this flip phone to be an excellent entry-level device with amazing battery life that can go all day without charging. The camera takes good quality photos, and they consider it great value for money. However, the functionality and speed receive mixed reviews – while some say it works great, others report it stops working after a week, and while some find it fast enough for most things, others mention stuttery moments. Moreover, durability is a concern as the screen cracks on its own and half the screen goes black, though one customer notes the hinge section broke.

    Amazing phone
The crease is barely noticable in daily use. I only really notice it when I’m actively thinking about it and occasionally when drawing on my phone but it’s tolerable. I love the external screen and it’s helped me to not use my phone for extended periods of time. The phone build is sturdy and high quality, it runs fast, and most apps work great on the external display (even games Minecraft). The value of this phone is incredible. The camera is better than just about any android phone I’ve seen in person, there’s more storage and memory than I even know what to do with, the audio quality is pretty solid and it’s loud enough to play music in a rickety car on a bumpy freeway with the windows down. I haven’t had any issues with calls dropping, occasionally texts will take a while to go through but I live in the mountains, so that’s to be expected. Out and about my service connection is always great. The phone has also been generally fun to use. The only two pieces of tech to come out in my lifetime that I’ve really felt excited over have been virtual reality and foldable smart phones, and this phone has really lived up to my excitement. The external display mirroring the internal display when taking photos is something that comes in very handy and people always get so excited when they first see it. The phone has made for a great conversation starter when out and about. I like to carry it in my hand instead of in my pocket sometimes because I love when people ask me questions about it and I get to show off all the fun features. The external display runs all sorts of things including just about any mobile game you can think of. The smart connect feature works surprisingly well with my computer and makes it easier to respond to texts while working without getting immediately sidetracked. Google Gemini comes in very handy when I need quick answers, although sometimes she has no clue what I’m saying and she ends up giving me some very strange responses as a result. The Google Lens type feature that pops up when holding down the nav bar is helpful too. I’ve found myself using it for quick translations or when people text a word or phrase that I’m not familiar with.I downloaded the Novel Launcher on this phone as I had with my previous phone. It works great on the internal display but it doesn’t work well on the external display because it carries the settings from the internal display over to the external display and so everything is squished and cut off in order to make it fit. If there were an option in Nova Launcher to set up two separate home screens for each screen of this phone then that would make the app more practical, but I’m happy enough with the customizability available on the external screen as Motorola designed it.I did have concerns with not being able to change out the internal screen protector, but after having this phone for a few weeks I’ve realized that it’s much less of an issue than anticipated because of how much time the phone spends while closed. I’ve never dropped the phone with it open and the screen protector on the external display has done its jobe during those falls. The internal screen is protected by default because it isn’t exposed nearly as much as standard phone screens are.

    Love it but Nervous
So far I love it, but am being very careful with it because it seems very delicate. I tried one case for it, didn’t like it, so I have another one ordered. Then maybe I won’t be so nervous about it after all, that is the most I’ve ever spent on a phone. I don’t think all my other phones together cost as much as my Motorola Razer 2025. If something happens, I will update my review. Praying nothing happens lol.

    Solid
Got my husband and myself one. SIM card from old phone fit perfectly. At times it goes to Wi-Fi calls but that could be user error. But so far no real faults!

Nevermind. Just process my refund – it’s been almost 2 weeks.
Not sure who’s behind it, but because the Motorola Store listed it, they absolutely suck in my book.Great price, a bit of an exotic color most ppl won’t have, and because I’m a Prime member delivery shoulda been swift. Not only didn’t the product arrive (as forecasted), it suddenly had a “delivery date unavailable”.After a week – since the process recommends waiting 48hrs – I cancelled and requested a refund.Entering the second week from original purchase and still no refund. Motorola makes good products. I’ve owned and operated them before. I still have my very first Razr (circa 2006) which I purchased in Seoul. The Motorola Store here online via Amazon sucks. Process my refund.

    Good phone
We bought two of these. They are quicker than the phones we replaced. There are a few qwerks that aren’t really deal breakers. First the sound sometimes goes quiet and you have to restart the phone. Happens once in a while. The screen is nice and clear. I don’t fold the phone much. It was a gimmick I got over with quickly. That’s just me. Battery life is pretty good too. It’s not too hard to find a case for it, however there are really only two types. One that protects the hinge and another that doesn’t. The ones that do protect the hinge have a bit that sticks out so the phone doesn’t lay flat. The other type will fall off the phone when dropped.

    We worth every penny!
Great improvement from my Razr 2020 edition. A bit bulkier and tad heavier, but well worth it. Got it set up quickly and transferred data. Got a notice Android 15 was available to down load so did that as well. Great performing phone, super pictures. Glad I decided to up grade.
