    Be careful when choosing a phone by the rating of Renewed Excellent
    I ordered this Samsung S22 256GB “Renewed Excellent” Phone from Celltraders for $259.95 in April 2025. I was so happy to have a phone that actually held a charge for more than 5-6 hours! This phone only had to be fully charged once in 24 hours!!However, the time between charging to full capacity continued to decline until, at present, a full charge is lasting a mere 11 hours!!I am so disappointed.So, if you’re like me, and can’t afford the newest phone at new phone prices, this route seems to be “ideal”. We take the chance of “believing” we are getting a “Renewed” phone in “Excellent” condition..but within 3 months, it’s like it should’ve been “Renewed Good”, or worse.Additionally, I’ve NEVER recieved a message to update! Each time that I’ve checked for updates and tried to update, it says something like try again later. Now, whenever I’m away from home, I can’t search the internet or even use GPS!I’m sure if we can “trust” their rating the phone as “Excellent” if it is only Excellent for one or two months.Just food for thought..Linda M.

    phone is great except for battery life. My 3 year old Moto G 5G Tracfone gave me 3 to 4 days with a full charge, this one is only good for 1 to 1- 1/2 days. Everything works great other than that. Excellent condition, as described.

    Pretty but didn’t work for me
    Unfortunately, was disappointed because I love the color of the phone and the size and how beautiful the photos are but immediately the phone kept overheating charging and sometimes just talking on the phone. The battery didn’t last long and the phone charger they sent with the phone did not fit. I have this phone for a couple of weeks. I love the feel of the phone so I have ordered another one from another company and I am returning this one. Note: I did purchase a warranty with the phone but didn’t want to start out using and pay extra money so best to return. It is definitely a remanufactured phone but I have purchase other from Amazon and had no issues with the phones
