    Better than my high expectations
Where have these been all my life? I now look at all my other shoes in disgust. I wish I could just wear these all the time. I took them straight out of the box and ran 6 miles at a tempo 8:30 pace. They were amazing and springy even though not worn in. I can’t wait to keep training in these for my half marathon. But they are so comfortable just standing around in (and make you a bit taller).I have narrow feet and they work fine if I lace them properly. But they would be good for wider feet as well. I think they will be durable if you’re not heal striking hard because they have enough of the thicker rubber along the bottom – not just soft foam. But they are very light weight. For the money you can spend on other shoes, I don’t think you can ask for more at this price without getting carbon plate shoes that are only meant for race days.I’m in my 40s now and the knees and feet need more help. I wish I had found these long ago. They’re so bouncy with the cushion but I still have enough feel for the road. These would not be great for lateral sports like tennis or basketball. But for running and walking… 5 stars.

Extremely Comfortable and Great for running
These shoes are incredibly comfortable! From the first time I wore them, I could feel the difference — soft cushioning, great support, and very lightweight. They make running feel easier and more enjoyable. The fit is perfect, and the design looks great too. Whether for workouts or long walks, they’re one of the best running shoes I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended!

    Comfortable, Versatile, light with cushion
These are the best recovery run sneakers. They fit true to size and I have yet to come across anything else close to this price point with this much versatility. I feel comfortable using them for strides, aerobic runs and tempo threshold runs or even my training races. Great all around running shoe especially if you land slightly on the outstep. Light but great cushion.

Lightweight & Extremely Cushioned Running Shoes for Neutral Runners & Beginners
Here we have a top-tier daily trainer and an ideal first running shoe for beginners. I tried them on and what a outstanding comfort, bounce, and versatility. It features ASICS’ FF Blast+ midsole, and I noticed the soft yet energetic ride that works great for easy runs, long distances, and recovery days. It’s not ideal for high-speed intervals or runners who overpronate, as it lacks the structure for aggressive support. Still, its lightweight feel, breathable upper, and smooth transitions make it a fantastic choice for those starting out or building mileage up to a marathon.

    Daily trainer?
I’ve wanting to try the Novablast since version 3. I am glad to finally pulled the trigger. So far I have put on a little over 20 miles on this pair. First, these shoes seems true to size compared with most of my shoe rotation. The heel collar is nicely padded and the tongue is minimal but doesn’t create pressure on the top of the foot. The toe box is roomy with the upper material having some flexibility and fairly breathable. I am a little confused where to use this in my shoe rotation. I have a long run shoe (Saucony Triumph) and shoes for fast workouts (Saucony Speed 2). The Novablast 5 can take the place of both shoes but probably doesn’t give you quite the speed as the Speed 2. It definitely feels well cushioned and quite bouncy. The midsole has the tallest stack height I own measuring 41.5 mm. I think this can be a great all around shoes if you’re only looking for 1 pair of running shoes. I would definitely bring this on a trip because it would be great for walking and also doing a few moderately paced runs. I’m planning to use Novablast for tempo day workouts and maybe some longer runs just to protect the legs from getting too beaten up. I also own 2 pairs of carbon shoes (Nike Vaporfly and Saucony Pro) that I only use for running events. I think the Novablast 5 will suit a lot of runners due to the stability and being fairly lightweight. This shoes is also a great deal too in my opinion. A max cushion shoes usually runs in the $160 range and uptempo shoes will set you back about $170. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and think most people will be too!

    Best Trainer. Period.
Best trainer on the market. I know the NB5 has lots of competition at the moment, but this shoe is light, soft, and has an absurd amount of response and bounce. I got the Tokyo edition – superb and gorgeous shoe. Easily top three runner for me.

    Comfy. Stable.Lite.
All round good shoe. Comfy cushioned. Its stability is excellent. Also very important (to me) it’s very lite. I’m not runner. I walk.A fare amount. I’m very pleased with my Asics Novablast (Royal blue ) shoe.

  8. Michael Reid

Great shoe for all around fitness, exceptional for running.
Great for running and overall workout. Comfortable and provides ample support, lightweight as well as durable. The colors are great, fit is perfect and traction while running on various surfaces is ideal. Overall excellent value for the money.

  9. José Talamantes

Exelentes para daily runs. Son muy cómodos y muy estables.

    Original, best 👍

  11. Amazon Customer

Great pair of trainers. The comfort from these on my first run was brilliant. I am a mid foot striker, unless I am absolutely done then I revert to heel striking. It was pretty good for both. I am also on the heavier side for a runner being 90kg but that did not affect the stability or the cushion.

  12. IV

Shoes are nice, very comfortable to run in. I get bad shin splints, so I decided to get these as they have a 10mm heel drop. I’m not a super long-distance runner, but I put in 10km at a time in them, and they are holding up great. They were all sold out in other stores but not on Amazon. Shoes are also true to size. The only downside is they will get dirty quickly, as the white color is a dirt magnet (no fault of the shoes, just the color I chose).
