    The best for students.
    A teacher of Broadway style tap, I wear these myself all the time, as well as require them for my students. Like most Bloch shoes, fits street shoe size. Perfect standard caramel tan tap shoe color that matches tan dance tights. Real leather, quality Bloch taps that last years of daily wear without loosening. Sturdy square heel is comfortable for hours of practice and doesn’t snap off as easily as plastic heels on cheaper vinyl shoes, lower wider is more stable for younger students, as well as having a much bigger tap for better sound. They have a round toe which allows a better fit, and come in wide for more square feet. A dancer can wear these as long as three pair of vinyl shoes or two pair of capezios.

    The Show Tapper Dance shoe have a great sound. They are so comfy as they have a slightly raised arch with a soft foot insert. The Capezio 1.5″ heel use to be smaller, however the Show-Stopper has a slightly wider heel for easier stability while dancing. The strap in the Mary Jane style is sturdy. The tap show over all is a great tap shoe for those who prefer a heel.

    Great quality but too big, not for narrow feet
    Love Bloch and this is a great quality shoe, but SIZE DOWN 1-2 sizes!! They run very big. I also have a narrow foot and I’d say these tap shoes are better for people without a narrow foot.

    I’ve been dancing in these shoes for several weeks now. I love the wider heel and the shoes are very comfortable. They are just a “tad” too large. I ordered a half size up, but I think I could have worn my normal size. But they’re not too large that I can’t dance in them.

    I received my tap shoes with fingers crossed, hoping that they would fit. I received them just in time to perform at an event, and they were a “perfect fit”. The manufacturer is Bloch and to be honest, the only way to purchase them is from Amazon. This way, they can be returned if they are not fitting properly, and if you have Prime, the shipping is free.Thank you Amazon. As usual, you came through!

    This is a durable tap shoe with good sound quality.
    I use this tap shoe in my dance group called The New Florida Follies. We have 35 tap dancers and put on shows to benefit children’s charities. It is very sturdy and has very good sound. Love it!
