The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder only opens for a registered pet’s veterinary implanted microchip or RFID collar tag to prevent pets stealing each others’ food. One collar tag is supplied with the product. This feeder is ideal for multi-pet households to prevent greedy pets becoming overweight and to ensure prescription or life-stage food is consumed by the right pet. The lid of the feeder closes onto a sealed bowl, which keeps food fresher. One single grey bowl, one split grey bowl and one grey mat is included – additional bowls and mats in grey, green, pink and blue can be purchased separately. Stainless steel bowls are also available. The training mode closes the lid in stages to help timid pets get used to the movement. The product includes a three-year warranty.     Cat Figured It Out In Two Tries
    TLDR: even my cat (who has maybe one braincell) figured out how to use it in 2 tries.Our male cat was put on an emergency prescription diet. While our female cat can have his food, he cannot have hers. We got this to keep her food away from him.This works amazing. It was super easy to register her microchip with the machine (took seconds) and the changeable speeds are a plus. We use the one second delay since our male cat is quick.Stability wise it works great. I did have to put a box around it since the sides are exposed when she’s eating but it’s no big deal. I think she likes the privacy of the box. Color is as featured. Food capacity is what you’d expect for a normal sized cat bowl. I liked it came with 2 bowl options.It’s light weight too and easy to open and clean. Big button on back, press it and it opens up for you.Of course the price is a bit high, but we were in sort of an emergency situation and this has been a lifesaver due to the ease of use. (I might buy a second one if she keeps stealing his food).Overall would recommend to anyone.

    Nice product
    I love this food dish. I unfortunately have to return for a couple reasons.First the pros: setup and programming is a snap. With in 1 minute this thing was programmed to my maine coons microchip. Functioned as designed. Fairly quiet, and easy to adjust timing of the door. This worked better than I expected!Cons: at least in my house… my Maine coon has a specific raw diet for him and I wanted to be able to feed him in the same common areas as my other cats(3). He loves his ragdoll and orange tabby brothers and sister, so he would open it and allow them to eat out of his dish. He is not food aggressive so I guess he wanted to help his family get to the food. The other reason for return, is that he is a large cat, and it is already too small for him at 8 months old. It would be perfect for any of my other cats, if I needed to separate their food.I wish I could keep it, and that’s why I gave it 5 stars. It’s a good product

    Works great for feeding multiple chipped cats
    After getting a third cat, we needed a better way to keep them from eating each other’s food. The oldest is on a special diet and he would eat the other food which he’s not supposed to eat, and the other cats would try to eat his expensive food. We got three of these, one for each. It took just a few seconds holding the cat under the arch to register the chip in each (none of them will tolerate a collar, so the included tag would not be useful). They were unsure at first, but by the second day, they were all getting the hang of it. Now they have no problem with it. Once the cat steps away from under the arch, it takes a few seconds to close, but that’s not normally enough time for the others to steal food. Once it’s properly registered, it will absolutely not open for the wrong cat. This has solved a lot of our feeding problems and we love it. It’s not cheap, especially for three, but it’s totally worth it. Try wet food at first, as they can still smell it through the plastic cover.

    Pretty great (in depth review)
    Ordered 4/2025 and have had it for about 6 months now. I do love this product. I got a kitten that believed anything that can be eaten in this house is hers for the taking (dog food, human food, cat food etc). With her stealing our other two cats food I really needed something that let her out but still let our other cats enjoy their food. This product is a pretty penny but I definitely think it was worth it.I had no issues using / setting it up. I have three cats: one large 15 lb adult, one medium 12 lb adult, and a small 8 lb young adult. I have a sure feeder for the two adults. My large cat has no issues eating from the feeder, she does have to get lower than our 12 lb med cat but she doesn’t seem uncomfortable nor unhappy about it. So I would say the fit is fine for my particular cats.This keeps our young adult out of her two sisters’ food while still allowing them to eat as they please, the bars on each side keep her from swooping in beside our other cats. The flap closing time is a good time, not too fast but not too slow, which works as my young adult hasn’t caught on that if she gets in fast enough she could get a bite at least.My only two cons about this feeder are that I wish it had programmable feeding times vs the all day free feed that is standard in these. My cats are on a schedule and I work odd hours that make feeding from the surefeeder inconvenient at times. I also wish that the back cover for the unit came with it rather than having to pay for it separately.TLDR:• Product works, a bit pricey but works for my household of cats. Might not work for quick, greedy cats as the flap won’t close as long as the intended cat is close enough to register the tag• Product Functionality: Effectively prevents other cats from stealing food while allowing access for the intended cats.• Ease of Use: Simple setup and usage with no issues so far• Areas for Improvement: Desire for programmable feeding times and inclusion of the back cover in the initial purchase.Overall 4/5 star product, and in my opinion, it was worth the money I paid. If they came out with one with a programmable feeding time or a dispenser attachment I’d buy it in a heart beat.

    Wir haben die unsere 3 Katzen 3 im Einsatz, was auch sehr bewährt. Eins bekommt Kittenfutter, eines Seniorfutter und eins Diätfutter. Wir füttern früh, spätnachmittags und nachts, jeweils so 80-130g. Wir haben auch die Katzenklappe und den Trinkbrunnen. In Summe eine runde Sache.

    I bought two of these, one for my 11 year old cat that suddenly stopped eating the dry food we keep out, and he became anorexic. He lost 5 pounds which needed to be gained back as quickly as possible for his survival. Coincidentally our other cat become obese. For Cat 1, we need to feed him a high protein wet food diet so that he gains weight, and for Cat 2 we switched to a dry food with fiber so she can lose weight.We needed a way to ensure that the skinny cat only eats the food to fatten him up, and the fat one only eats the diet food. The Sure Feeder works great for that! Each cat eats only what they are supposed to, and both feeders work flawlessly. FYI I have not experienced the problem that others have mentioned regarding one of the cats sneaking behind and eating the other’s food – but YMMV.I had one opportunity to call their customer support in the UK (I am based in Dubai), and they were fantastic. One of the feeders had a glitch with a red light blinking and no action, and it was fixed with a simple reboot. But the personal service I received was really terrific.Overall I – and my two cats – have had nothing but positive experiences. If you are in a situation similar to mine, I recommend that you give this a try.

    Top! Fonctionne avec la puce d’identification ou un pendentif fourni.Fonctionne à piles non fournies. Quelques temps d’adaptation mais ça me paraît bien pour éviter que le chien ne pique dans la gamelle en permanence ! Seul bémol, pas assez en hauteur pour le bien être du chat.mais je recommande

    猫2頭飼いです。メタボ雄猫のダイエット用に購入しました。雌猫のご飯を奪ってしまいドンドン太っていき困っていましたが、シェアーフィーダーを雌猫に使用したところ、メタボ猫が雌猫の餌を奪えなくなったので、食事調整ができてこの一ヶ月で体重が8.76kg→8.435kg に減量できました。目標は1年後6kg 台なので、期待できます。お値段は高いと思いましたが、メタボ猫の成人病ならぬ成猫病のオンパレードになってしまい（現在内蔵脂肪、気道狭窄で喘息、関節炎、膀胱結石）こちらの症状改善が期待できるので、改善できるのでしたらありがたい品です。
