    Good auto feeder
    Only had it a few days but works great. Easy to program and easy to manually feed as well. My cats have already learned the beep means food, and have figured out the feeding schedule so that they will sit and watch the feeder until it dispenses the food.

    This machine works great. Super easy to set up, easy to clean, size is perfect. Does spill a couple pieces of food, but I use small round ball shaped food for my cats, so it’s no biggy.

    Great feeder with only a minor flaw…
    This is a great item that sets up easily. After downloading the app, it’s easy peasy. I have 2 chonky cats that needed some food regulation. You can set up multiple feedings for the day/week and how many portions you want to dispense. My only issue with this unit is that sometimes it gets clogged and the food doesn’t come out. I typically use Iams food so the bits are relatively smaller than other brands. With this error, I don’t feel comfortable leaving the house for multiple days with that as the only food source. Other than that issue, this feeder is a pretty good product. I deducted a star for the clogging only. Everything else has been great and works as expected.

    Amazing, Easy, Works Perfect – just scan QR code BEFORE filling with food
    I’m not always a fan of downloading an app to set up a new device, but am glad I did. I dont write a lot of reviews either, but I am grateful for this product’s ease of use, would bowls, and large food capacity. The feeding app is free, not another subscription.My only tiny difficulty was that I didn’t have the large batteries for backup power on hand, and I wish the QR sticker for the feeding app had a white background instead of clear because I filled the feeder prior to this step and then couldnt get it to scan. (My bad.) I was able to peel it off and stick it on top and then all has been well for the past couple months of use!I have the feeder set up for some outdoor kitties and it has worked perfectly. The app is very user friendly, and I appreciate being able to feed them manually or EASILY adjust the feeding schedule when I am not home. I have the feeder tucked away behind my duck pen where it has been a difficult spot for house sitters to feed the shy outdoor cats, and now they don’t have to do it.I like being able to pick a feeding size number and time on my phone instead of having to click through a bunch of buttons on the feeder like I did with a previous inside feeder. The 7L capacity is great.I got another one for my inside rescues for when I’m gone as well, but recommend actually using the wall mount for your playful cats since they immediately dumped it over when I did not.The structure of this product is sound and easy to clip together. The lid is easy to open and is secure where the animals wont remove it to binge eat.I really have no complaints other than my own impatience of making the QR code difficult for myself by pre filling with food.I don’t know how long it lasts on batteries only since I used an extension cord as well as the battery back up.

    Misfires
    For the most part, this is a nice unit, and the app works very well. BUT it regularly misfires so that nothing comes out when you press the Feed button. You can hear the feeder beep as it gets the signal, but no food comes out, so it requires a second push of the button which usually does the trick. Not a deal breaker when you’re at home and can check it or feed your animals other meals, but I don’t know that I would trust it for when I’m traveling and not able to check in on it because the app states that the meal was dispensed, but no food came out. I’ve also checked, and the kibble I feed my cats is small enough to match the manufacturer’s guidelines, so that is not the issue.

    This works perfectly for my 4 indoor cats! It’s easy to fill, easy to set up feeding times and amounts, and can be controlled and monitored through the app on my phone. Highly recommend, especially if you travel often.

    Nice feeder for two cats.Nice phone app.
    I love this cat feeder. I had a plastic gravity feeder which sufficed for one cat but after getting my second cat this feeder really shines. Allowing me to adjust the amount required for both cats to feed. I’m still adjusting there meals since one eats more than the other. Great food storage and cleaning the stainless steel bowls is a breeze and the battery back allows me piece of mind when traveling.

    Tough if you cannot connect to WiFi
    Overall, this feeder did the job- for the most part. But, I was disappointed to find that you cannot control the amount of food that is distributed. I found it to be too much food. Also, about two months after first use we had to switch our internet provider, thus utilizing a new WiFi name. The feeder was incapacitated because it was unable to connect to the new Wi-Fi. We uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times but it just couldn’t connect. We ended up buying another machine that didn’t need Wi-Fi access. Lesson learned.UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out to me and offered a full refund. I appreciate the great customer service and have updated my overall star rating.

    I ordered this car feeder as we have two cats and a cottage. When we are at the cottage in the past we have had to ask somebody to go over twice a day and feed the cats.Thats a lot to ask.This unit has solved that issue and exceeded our expectations.We love the fact that the cats are being the same amount at the same time every day and we arent putting anybody out to do it.It came quickly and was very simple to assemble and get it programmed and up and running.The two camera system is amazing and the video is very clear.I would definitely recommend this feeder.
