    12 year old approved 🤩
My 12 year old is autistic and struggled with tying shoes. These are great for him, he can get them on and off himself but they still look like regular tie shoes. He said they are very comfortable too. They seem like good quality and will last a long time. My husband wears the same brand but for men and he also loves this brand for comfort.

    Great shoe for active kids!
Got these for my kids school shoes and for PE, and these are honestly so perfect. My kids have never once complained about foot/toe pain with these, and they typically do when I just get shoes from the store. And the wide toe box looks sooo natural on their feet, it just looks like a kids foot should. They’re really easy to get on, although I do encourage them to use a shoehorn so they don’t mash the heel down. The elastic shoelace method is ✨perfect✨. It’s makes it really easy for little kids who can’t yet tie shoes, and it makes it brainless for the older kids who can’t be bothered to tie their shoes. Sizing seemed bang on, compared to their in store shoe sizes. Grip seems great too, it’s definitely rubber on the bottom and not some slick foam that they’ll slip around in.

    True Wide Toe Box
Great comfort, easy to slide on, wide toe box is great for wide feet, but also all around comfort.

A Surprisingly Durable Shoe, Though It Ran a Bit Big
This is one of the more durable shoes I’ve gotten from Amazon. Kids are incredibly rough on their footwear, and these have held up surprisingly well so far. The flexible sole and “zero drop” style are great, and the easy slip-on design is a huge plus for school shoes.A major benefit is the wide toe box, which gives kids’ feet plenty of room to splay naturally and is much healthier than narrow sneakers. My only minor note is that the size was a bit big, but not by much—maybe a half-size. It wasn’t enough to be a problem, and it just means there’s a little extra room to grow. Overall, it’s a good shoe so far; durable, comfortable, and well-designed for a kid’s foot.

True to size, withstands toddler boy energy
Great shoes for toddlers who are rough on shoes. My 3 year old can get them on by himself and super lightweight, wash well in the washer. The wide toe box helps with stability and foot growth, measured my sons foot and bought based on size guide measurements-fit is true.

    Horrible design that creates discomfort
I have loved all of my whitin shoes (the mom’s). So I purchased these for my elementary-aged son. I had him try them on and wear them around the house, so they seemed to fit. He wore them one entire day and came home from school telling me how horribly they hurt his feet. It turns out these shoes are designed very poorly. They are pull on shoes, not tied. And where the tongue is at the top, it all gathers extremely to the point that it pinches the tops of both of his feet. I never reached out about returning since he had worn them out of the house for one full school day. But unfortunately, it was a waste of about $40. I hope the company will look at the design and fix these.

    Great shoes
I got this for my son who has autism. It’s comfortable, light and easy for him to put it on by himself.
