Great budget friendly barefoot shoes
Whitins have become my new go to barefoot shoes.I have a gaggle of kids, and budgeting for barefoot shoes for everyone can get tricky when some brands cost an arm and leg!I have tried mannnnny brands. I’ve even been a reviewer for one.Theses are better than “Walmart brand” if you will, maybe a little half notch down from top brands, but in my opinion high quality. This pair is very nice and wide to box, flexible, totally zero drop, easy to put on with some stretch and stretchy laces. Laces don’t have to be tied!My 6yr old will love these!

Don’t fit cubby feet
Super cute shoes I got for my grandson, but his foot is very fat so they did not fit trying to get his foot inside the shoes. Don’t have a lot of give so if you’re Child has chubby feet you might have to send them back like I did.

Very good toddler shoes, tightening mechanism is a bit annoying
Pretty solid shoe for our toddler. I really like that it’s wide and “barefoot” so that her toes aren’t scrunched. There are a few variety of colors. She’s put these through the wringer and they’ve kept their durability. They seem to wash fine in the washer as well. My only complaint is that the tying mechanism isn’t really easy to adjust. What I mean is that if the shoe is on and you tighten it, it works well, but it makes it difficult to put the shoe on again once taken off. Overall, I prefer the velcro strap version for convenience.Overall, I think it’s a great price for a solid durable shoe.

The best budget barefoot kids shoes
Whitin shoes have been our go-to for barefoot shoes. They’re zero drop, wide toe box, very flexible. But for the little kids/toddlers, these pull straps do not work. My chunky footed 1.5 year old needed the tabs removed. But they don’t tie, so i will need to buy different strings. I wish Whitin would come out with barefoot winter boots.

Best kids shoe!
This is my go-to show for my kids! They’re very easy for my kids to put on themselves, wash great in the washing machine, and have held up great over time!

Good budget barefoot style shoe
These seem to run a little small. I tried to do 2 sizes up from the current size and they didn’t seem nearly as big as I had expected.Otherwise, they are holding up well, are reasonably priced, especially when on sale, for barefoot style shoes. My child doesn’t complain about them and he has with other shoes so they must fit reasonably comfortably.

It’s okay, not my favorite – broken laces
These have a good wide toebox and my toddler is between sizes. She has been able to wear them even as we’ve had to get different shoes for other occasions ( hiking boots and church). However, one of the laces broke after a week. I was trying to loosen the laces and it busted. Since then they have held up, but it is hard to loosen the laces and definitely isn’t easy for a toddler to put on themselves.

Good shoe but not as easy to slip on
These were not as easy to slip on as other shoes we have used so I took one star away. However, they are pretty durable and my little one prefers these over other less flexible shoes.
