    No straps
    Little kid size 2 does not have straps. I purchased because I believed there would be straps to keep the shoes on her little feet. Size 2 is a bit big on her with room to grow and they won’t stay securely on without the aid of a strap. The image is misleading. I am returning this item. For the record, carter’s products are usually good quality which is the main reason I bought these. Too bad the image is not of the product recieved.

    Missing strap
    We purchased a pair of these shoes specifically because the photos showed that they had a strap. The pair we received did not have a strap so we had to return them. We ordered a size 2, so perhaps the straps are only on the smaller sizes? If so the description needs to indicate that. Otherwise, we liked these but needed the strap to make sure they stayed on.

    Sometimes you get used stuff….
    The shoes were cute but they were used!! They still had dirt on the soles! I over nighted these because I had a wedding to go to and when they arrived I noticed they had been used and were dirty!!
