   Great color and works for the price
   I own several pair of the same brand’s pointed toe flats, and these work in the same ways: an affordable way to look nicer at work and/or try a style before spending $200 on a nicer model.They are plastic not leather but work as sneakers I can wear to meetings. Got compliments on the first day I wore them to work. The cognac color looks great with my mostly black/grey work clothes.I ordered an 8.5, which is my usual size and the same size I wear in the pointed flats. In both these and the flats, there’s a couple finger widths of extra space at the toe, so they’d probably be long for a typical or narrow foot, but with my duck foot it’s necessary to have the extra toe box room. These are less uncomfortably narrow in the toe box than more expensive versions I’ve tried.The bottom is pretty flat, which I need because of high arches and a toe joint injury from long ago that makes my toes splay out wider than most when walking. They are comfy enough for the office. I wouldn’t wear them walking a long distance on purpose. There is a little fabric edge that sticks out on one shoe and digs into my skin slightly, but pulling the tongue over it mostly fixes it for walking short distances. They do squeak at first, but that lessens with less than a day of wear.Overall, pretty nice for $27. Really like the color.

   Lovely shoes that work like they’re supposed to
   My foot was made for these sneakers. It was a perfect fit. I wear size 9 and have a pretty much B fit — not too narrow or too wide. These are perfect. I got the taupe because I have a lot of sweaters that have that color in their design, so these shoes help complete my sweater/jeans look. The taupe is true to the picture from what I can tell, and it’s a distinctive color. I thought these looked exceptional and can pass for real leather. When you touch them, you know, but no one’s reaching down and touching my shoes. I wore them all day in my classroom and put in a lot of steps (12k). I found that my feet didn’t hurt at all at the end of the day. There is enough support in these. They are easy to walk in because there aren’t any awkward angles that cause missteps. They are easy to clean up, too. I had a couple of scuff marks on the white rubber, and a pencil eraser took them right off. Good as new!For $23.70 (at time of review), these are a great pair of casual shoes. They seem structured enough to last a while.

   I ordered these in a 10 as I usually wear a 9.5-10, and they were huge. There was a good inch and a half of space at the end of the shoes, rendering them completely unwearable aside from a brief try-on. Definitely size down if you’re between sizes, and maybe size down anyway.These are basic sneakers, meaning they aren’t much to write home about. They’re made of PU, so they squeak a little when you walk, but they’re easy to clean. They aren’t super cushy, and you might want insoles if that’s important to you; the soles are very flat. They are very stylish and would be cute with dresses or jeans. I noticed some stray threads so I’m not sure how durable they would be, but they’ll do in a pinch if you need a pair of plain white sneakers.

   To be completely honest, I haven’t worn this style of sneaker since I was a teenager, and at 52 comfort and ease of wear are my top priorities. I tried these on at home for about 30 minutes because I didn’t want to commit to wearing them out just in case they turned out to be uncomfortable later on.So far, during that short period of use, they felt okay overall. They were easy to put on and didn’t cause any immediate discomfort or pressure points. That said, they do feel a bit loose even though I ordered my usual size, which is something worth noting.I can’t yet speak to how they’ll feel with longer wear or extended walking, but for now there haven’t been any major issues. I’ll update once I’ve had the chance to wear them for a longer period of time and really see how they perform in terms of comfort and support.

Meine Partnerin hat sie für mich ausprobiert, da sie normalerweise Größe 44 trägt und ich neugierig war, wie die Größe 44,5 ausfallen würde.Erste Eindrücke und Passform:Die Schuhe kamen in einer einfachen Verpackung an, nichts Besonderes, aber ausreichend geschützt. Meine Partnerin schlüpfte direkt hinein und stellte fest, dass die Größe 44,5 gut passt. Sie hat sogar noch ein wenig Spielraum im Zehenbereich, was für längere Tragezeiten angenehm ist. Wer zwischen zwei Größen schwankt, könnte hier also durchaus zur größeren Variante greifen.Material und Verarbeitung nach der Wäsche:Wie bei neuer Kleidung üblich, haben wir die Sneaker vor dem ersten richtigen Tragen einmal gewaschen. Das Material hat die Wäsche ohne Probleme überstanden – keine Verfärbungen, keine Verformungen. Das Obermaterial fühlt sich nach wie vor gleichmäßig an, die Nähte sitzen ordentlich und nichts hat sich gelöst. Die weiße Farbe blieb erhalten, was bei diesem Preis nicht selbstverständlich ist.Tragekomfort im Alltag:Meine Partnerin hat die Schuhe ausprobiert, bei kurzen Besorgungen; denn das Wetter ließ leider nicht mehr zu. Die Sohle bietet eine angemessene Dämpfung, ohne zu weich zu sein. Es gab keine Druckstellen oder unangenehme Reibung. Die Schnürung lässt sich individuell anpassen, was für unterschiedliche Fußformen hilfreich ist.Für wen eignen sich diese Sneaker?Diese Schuhe sind eine gute Wahl für alle, die einen unkomplizierten weißen Sneaker für den Alltag suchen. Sie passen zu Jeans genauso wie zu einer lockeren Stoffhose und machen sich auch bei einem Stadtbummel oder beim Einkaufen gut. Für sportliche Aktivitäten würde ich sie weniger empfehlen, dafür sind sie nicht konzipiert. Auch die Atmungsaktivität ist nur durchschnittlich – an warmen Tagen werden die Füße schon mal etwas warm. Die Verarbeitung ist insgesamt in Ordnung, aber hier und da sieht man kleine Unregelmäßigkeiten bei den Klebestellen.Preis-Leistung:Für 28,20 Euro bekommt man hier einen ordentlichen Sneaker, der seinen Job macht. Man sollte keine Wunder erwarten, aber für gelegentliches Tragen und als Ersatzschuh sind sie eine vernünftige Wahl. Die Haltbarkeit wird sich erst nach längerer Zeit zeigen, aber bisher macht alles einen stabilen Eindruck.Meine Bewertung: 4 SterneDie Amazon Essentials Low-Top-Sneaker sind eine solide Option für alle, die einen schlichten weißen Sneaker suchen, ohne viel Geld ausgeben zu wollen. Die Passform ist großzügig, die Verarbeitung akzeptabel und der Tragekomfort für den Alltag ausreichend.     These trainers have a clean, plain design that actually looks really nice with most outfits. They’re easy to wear casually and don’t feel overly sporty or flashy, which makes them quite versatile.The length fits well and feels true to size, so there’s no issue there. The only downside is the width. They come up quite narrow, so they feel a bit snug across the foot, especially if you don’t have slim feet.
