  • Suitable Shapes: The feeder can handle regular single shapes such as round, cylindrical, square, mixed shapes, freeze-dried mixed dry food. Irregular shapes (such as star shapes) may cause jamming and are not recommended for use.

  • Correct Placement: Place the feeder on a stable surface free from nearby obstructions or vibrations, as these may impact the scale’s accuracy. For indoor use only.

  • Portion Size: One portion is about 1/11 cup, depends on kibble size.

  • Easily Clean: All parts in contact with food can be easily disassembled for cleaning.

    Accurate, easy to use, and cats love it
    Love, love, love this cat feeder. I have three cats who eat three meals a day and share the same feeder, and it’s worked perfectly — everyone gets enough food and nobody goes hungry.We used to have an older automatic feeder that was a nightmare to set up. Changing mealtimes or portion sizes practically required a PhD. I liked the convenience but hated the hassle.This new feeder is amazing. Setup through the app was a breeze, and it weighs each portion so you get the exact same amount every time. It even tracks leftover food in the bowl and adjusts the next portion so it doesn’t overflow — a big improvement over our old one. The app shows how often the cats eat and how long it takes them to finish. If I get the portions wrong, I can just tap a button and serve another.If you have just one cat, you’ll get even more detailed tracking info, but with three sharing a bowl, I can’t use that feature.Overall, I’m very impressed. This feeder is smart, simple, and reliable — I’d absolutely buy it again.

    Buy THIS ONE!! It’ll keep you from worrying .Everything set up it’s working beautifully. I will give an update later. I had made a request through customer service and they quickly contacted me back and honored my request.Update: I saw one review that said the app is buggy???NOT!! in my experience. Absolutely not. It was totally easy to set up , you can zero the bowl from the app away from home . I was able to modify the app and the schedules from 600 miles away twice. This is a dependable device, Has never failed. The app is super easy. It’s easy to set up. It has a great app that calculates the food. I can’t even find anything wrong with it. My cat loves it, and so do I.Very quick Customer Service replies, very polite!Thank You PAWSYNC!!!!This is an update. I had to travel on an ounce for a full day, so I set the feeder up for this.It’s really great how when you put the data in on the food and your pets, wait they in species, they calculate the food requirements, which are spot on.I want to have two meals and a snack and you’re able to Custom program this.I was away from home, and I realized I’d forgotten to program a call. I called my cat certain way. I was able to do it 500 miles away and set it up in the app and it worked.You can also dispense, however, amount of food you want if you want to add more food or add a snack or something like that.The hopper lid has a lock on it. It’s well designed. Also you can feel free to shoot. Everything is soft rubber. There’s no opening or anything to trap a cat Paul that is from inquisitive cat like I have it’s very safe..The food dispensing is accurate and you could always re zero The scale if needed.I’m actually quite amazed at the details of how long it takes my cat to eat how much she eats but the best thing is that you’re notified that the food is dispensed and it is and it’s always on time.I have chosen to slow feed I’m going to try to slow it down even more but the dispenser drops a portion of the food and then a little bit later drops the second portion and then a little later drops the third portion she’s a fast eater because she’s feral she eats everything you put down but fast.She absolutely loves his feeder and the thing I’ve noticed is there’s no more crying at the door because now I have everything portioned and on a schedule the cat really likes this. Feed her treats, and some canned food on the side. All is well. This is the best thing I ever did for my cat and for myself for those early mornings where your cat meals to get fed.Everything works flawlessly well designed you have to remember that 5G doesn’t work. You have to be able to have a router with two and 5G so that it connects.THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY!!!!

    Great feeder
    This is an outstanding product, especially given the bargain price. The build quality is first rate, with everything fitting together just as it should. I especially like the fact that the food is dispensed by weight, and the scale, checked against my digital kitchen scale, appears to be dead accurate. The stainless steel bowl that sits on the scale is easily removed for cleaning. I had no issues connecting it to my network, and the app interface is well designed and so far no bugs. The app allows you to make incremental adjustments in the amount of food dispensed, or feed manually at any time. It keeps a log of all feeding activity, reporting how much food was dispensed, when your cat ate, how much food was eaten, and how long it took your cat to eat it (might be a bit of information overload but it’s nice to have). The food container disassembles easily for cleaning. The only minor complaint I have is that removing the cover to add food is somewhat clumsy. There’s a latch at the rear that keeps your cat from popping it up, but it requires two hands to take the cover off. Might have been better if they had made the latching mechanism part of the handle, but this is a minor issue in an otherwise very well designed product.

    Great! 5 stars for function, -1 for not having a server end plan in public.
    Decent product but what happens if they get bought, stop support or whatever. Great hardware, accurate, reasonably reliable. They need to state that the access to the feeder will go on even if they stop supporting it by promising a release of API to open source. All the features run through the Pawsync servers, multiple feeding schedules, notifications, on demand feeding, record keeping.The product will keep feeding if the servers or internet or even electricity is down, but longer term, it’s ewaste without a server.

    works great for a great price. very happy with it
    cat is happy with his new feeder. i have it set to feed him 4 times a day which helps me sleep in. he would like to bother me at all hours of the night for food or wake me up at the crack of dawn for food. you can set message to call him over, but he seems confused when he sees me, but hears my voice across the room. very easy to set up. plug it in download the app and hook it up to wifi and set you meal schedule. app tells you when the food is low or when its time to clean it. comes apart very easy for cleaning. well worth the money. functions as should. plus it nice when i go awy for the weekend for work. no need to find someone to come over and feed my furkid.

    Great feeder
    This is a great feeder. Setting up is easy and setting up in the app was just as easy. They ask you quite a few question to make sure the right amount of food is dispensed based on your cats weight & the food type. The one thing they don’t explain that I had to figure out is how to have my cats food dispensed at multiple times. For example, I wanted my cats food to be dispensed at 6am, 12pm & 6pm. To do that in her feeding plan, you have to keep adding meals at the times you want. Other than that, it’s a good feeder.

    Really really happy with this, I’m in the UK and it worked straight out of the box. Portion size is much much more accurate than the previous feeder I had, and the app is well designed and a pleasure to use. 5 stars from me and my cat!
