    Big splurge, decent product
    This serum has a pleasant smell. It’s not too strong. Personally I would prefer it was fragrance free since I’m putting it on my face though. I needed a little more than a dime sized amount for my face and upper part of my neck. Feels light on my skin, which is nice, but definitely still need a moisturizer afterwards.Sinks in to skin quickly without leaving it feeling greasy. I honestly haven’t been using this long enough to see a huge change, but this feels like a quality product. I also have sensitive skin and this causes no reactions or breakouts for me.The packaging, in my opinion, is the reason behind the high price. The container is heavy, designed to look luxe and has a magnetic closure. This is designed to look luxurious and expensive on your counter next to all your other fancy skincare products. With that said, I’m not sure I’d spend the $360 for this when I feel like I’m mostly being charged for packaging and presentation.Nice serum and I may end up giving this 5 stars if I notice some amazing results over time, but for now I just think it’s overpriced.

    Beautiful experience
    I love Sulwhasoo skin care. This serum is amazing. Makes my skin clear and smooth and bright. The bottle looks and feels like pure luxury. It very calmly proclaims itself as high end. Demure, simple, clean. It just looks and feels expensive. The lid has a magnetic closure that keeps it securely in place. The bottle is kind of heavy. The serum is thick and almost like lotion in texture. It does not feel thick on the face though. It presses right in. It seems to react very well to all other products. I’ve used it with lotions, creams, essences, toners, face oils, masks, all various brands and no issues. The fragrance is very light inoffensive. It’s not powdery or floral or sweet. It also doesn’t have that kind of ginseng/ginger smell that a lot of their other care products have. I can’t quite place this one but in fragrance sensitive and it doesn’t bother me.

    Very nice and lux, but…
    As a skincare junkie, I was really excited to try this. It’s lux indeed! It has decent ingredients, and feels nice. It goes on easily without feeling sticky, and absorbs quickly. I will say that I love fragrance in my skincare products because it makes the process more of a ritual than a chore. This is highly fragrant, which I love. If I didn’t love the fragrance, I’d take off another star. Mentioning this because some fragrance ingredients are inflammatory, or some people are sensitive. The packaging is super lux, and feels nice. It’s aestically pleasing to look at and use. That said, there’s nothing to really justify the >$300 price point. The ginseng is the call-out ingredient, which is unique and interesting, and has benefits. But there are other ginseng products on the market at a MUCH lower price point, even from the same brand- just not packaged in such a manner. If this were in the $100 range, I’d happily order again. If you have the extra money to spend, you won’t be disappointed.

    Rich serum but too heavily fragranced
    This is beautifully packaged and unboxing it is an experience in itself. However, I am not too happy with the ingredient list. In my opinion, it has too many inexpensive ingredients in it to cost this much, in my opinion. It feels softening because one of its main ingredients is dimethicone, which does “lock in” moisture but could also irritate your skin because it has the potential to clog pores. The heavy scent makes it hard to use except at night and it lingers more than I’d like. My skin was irritated after using this for a few weeks and not sure I could recommend it at this price unless you love heavily scented oily products.

    This feels and smells like a luxury serum, and it is thick enough that you don’t need very much. However, given the price, there are other serums I think are just as nice. On examining he ingredient list, I don’t see anything that would justify the price. The main touted ingredient is ginseng.

    Fantastic, but highly fragrant serum
    This is an excellent serum that really seems like it’s making a difference on my skin, but, it has a very strong fragrance that drives me crazy and gives me a headache. I am super scent sensitive and always try to use fragrance free products as much as possible. I thought because this is offered at such a high price point that somehow the fragrance wouldn’t be irritating to me, that it would be extremely subtle or somehow a natural smell that wouldn’t be problematic, but alas, it just doesn’t seem to dissipate after application anytime soon. I actually don’t mind the smell of it as far as artificial fragrances go, but it is just too much and gets to me. If this came in a fragrance free version, I would be ecstatic because it really glides on the skin effortlessly and has the perfect serum texture that I seek out.

    this serum is incredible! it smells amazing and sinks into your skin so fast. it’s definitely a splurge but soooo worth it! the container is heavyweight with a magnetic top. the serum comes out easily and spreads nicely. it is heavily scented so if you’re not a fan of scents, beware. however i LOVE the smell! it smells like luxury! worth every penny

    Only time will tell
    To be completely honest, I’m not sure why this product is so expensive. Sure, looking at the ingredients list shows that it has nice ingredients, but there isn’t a huge immediate impact on the skin that I’ve noticed. This is a product that likely requires consistent use to be able to see the benefits. That being said, it definitely is a very nice product and is very luxury. The packaging is absolutely insane, it’s so nice and heavy, clearly luxury. The scent of the product is nice, I can’t put my finger on it but it smells nice, not too odd for a skincare product. It applies very nicely and sinks in well, it has zero residue or sticky feeling afterward which is nice. Overall, I look forward to continuing to try this out, but don’t expect immediate results
