    Works But Crappy Audio Quality
    It was easy to set up and fully functional but the audio quality was “tinny” on my VOIP landline with plenty of bandwidth. Funny how cellphone audio is so much better than old-school phones.

    phone came quickly-boxed well. a lot lighter than my 30yr old phone & not so bulky. wasn’t hard to switch out old phone to new-went quickly. ring is nicer/calmer not so startling loud as old phone. have only used it once but seems to be very nice-good buy.

    Really disappointed with this device, the screen is hard to read, you need AAA batteries and the worst thing is that the device doesn’t ring when you receive a call, I requested technical support with no response at the time.

    The batteries are needed to keep your call list in the menu. If the batteries run out before you change them, you’ve lost your list, and will have to enter your numbers in again.The quality of the call display isn’t very good, and there isn’t any light from the display window to help.Call quality is ok.I will be purchasing a better phone in the future.
