good and cheap
my rats really like these and they’re cheap and easy to use so I’m happy with that. they’re just painted blocks of wood and they’re basic but they help with the teeth so that’s all that matters really. Good cheap thing to have on hand for those pets that need to chew for their teeth.

Cheap
Hamsters need something to chew to dull their teeth from over growing like toe nails. These are a great cheap alternatives to them chewing on the metal bars and stressing out. My dwarf 1 year old male hamster loves them. I get them regularly and replace them when chewed down a lot. I used to get this exact same brand/item when I was little ten years ago and this has always been my go to especially if you are starting out a cage and don’t wanna buy expensive apple chews yet. A must have for sure.

Good
Good for chewing. Hamster wouldn’t chew anything else after giving them this.
Not great –
Perfect for rabbit teeth health!
My rabbits absolutely love these colored wood sticks! They are the perfect size for chewing and keep my bunnies entertained for hours. I appreciate that the colors are made with safe, non-toxic dyes, so I don’t have to worry about my pets’ health. The sticks are also durable and don’t splinter easily, which is a huge plus. Great product for keeping your furry friends happy and healthy!

Pets didn’t like it too much
Not a huge fan of these. I have pet rats and mice and none of them really liked them. out of ALL the mice I have (like 10 at the moment) only ONE actually chewed on it a little or showed any interest. It’s cheap and maybe 1 out of 10 pets might actually chew it a bit, all of the Wood block Chews are pretty much ignored. It got as high of a score as it did because, well, at least 1 out of 10 mice liked it enough to chew on it a bit, and it’s decently cheap. I bought these things at least 3 times giving them a decent try and to add something new for my animals and always had the same result no matter now many different generations of mice or rats I offer it to. Your pet might be the 1 out of 10 that likes these things to actually use them, but it also might not. since they’re so cheap I’d give them a try just because of the price and they’re perfectly safe to use, but don’t have super high hopes. If you want something for your rats, mice, etc to chew on, go ahead and try this but I’d personally recommend apple stick chews instead. You can easily find them available on amazon and 8/10 of my mice always love chewing and stripping off the bark on them. Same with my Rats.

Favorites for my bunny and chinchilla
My chinchilla loves these wooden blocks! This little guy needs to chew and chew since their molars never stop growing. He and his friend the Holland lop ear bunny truly enjoy these! For the Chinchilla it is necessary to remove the sharp left over pieces since he goes to town on them. Bunny enjoys it but not as much. Great cage assessory !

I bought these for my chinchillas. They were smaller than I had expected. The girls don’t seem interested in them, but that might just be them. I know many who love them.
