    SIZE UP 1/2! Great cushioning.
    I had the wave knit running shoes for several years and could not find them again. Decided to check this new version out and am pleasantly surprised! Just as before I sized up half a size and they fit perfectly. I hate wearing socks, and these are beautifully light and breathable, zero issues with rubbing or blisters. medium width, and fully cushioned. They may be lacking arch support for those that need it. Really great deal at $80 looks like they will last a while

    Great cushioning inside for a comfortable walking or hiking experience. Offers good support as well.This is my third pair of this brand and each are very comfortable. Runs true to size but they are more comfortable after a few wears.Highly recommend!

    Feels and look cheap and Flimsy
    I’ve worn Mizuno running shoes for nearly 9 years, and they used to be amazing- supportive, durable, comfortable and quiet while running. I’ve bought this model 3 times in the past 5–6 years.But this latest pair feels like a knockoff (not the price but the quality). The bottom of the shoe is made out of foam, way too soft you can twist it 360 degrees ( similar to sketchers). The mesh and laces are thin and plasticky, and it makes a weird cardboard or Styrofoam sound when you walk. I’m really disappointed in the drop in quality. Not sure if Mizuno changed their product quality for the worse or if I somehow received a counterfeit pair. I really wish I could return them but I already took them for a run. Extremely disappointed!

    Great support shoe
    Great athletic shoe. I purchased only Asics shoes in the past, but thought I would give this shoe a try and it is wonderful. I use for walking, HIIT classes, Zumba classes, step classes and more. Great support, comfort.Update after nine months of use. The tread has worn flat, but the upper shoe mesh is holding up. I use for HIIT and cross training classes. Good cushion and support still, but noticed shoes are developing a soft squeak when I walk now.

    These are the shoes that work for my feet and allow me to walk comfortably despite the midfoot osteoarthritis that has plagued me for quite some time.     I normally buy Wave Rider but the 28 is too clunky. I ordered these my usual 1/2 size up to accommodate customers orthotics and so far I love them. They look great and feel very supportive.
