Great shoe!! Especially for a big girl with plantar fasciitis.
I LOVE these shoes!! They aren’t the cutest shoes in my office but they are the most comfortable! I walk on my breaks and lunch and was looking for a shoe that I wouldn’t have to change out of for my breaks, but that also wouldn’t aggravate my plantar fasciitis and these fit the bill! In fact since I’ve been wearing them, my plantar fasciitis pain in the morning has decreased by 90%. I am trying to prevent eating inflammatory foods but I think these shoes had a lot to do with it too!I’m a big girl, tipping the scale at 260. These shoes have kept my feet comfortable walking over 9 miles in a day. Again, with almost no plantar fasciitis pain in the morning. The anti-slip seems pretty great too. I tried them out on a notoriously slippery piece of our porch and they didn’t budge. My back can’t handle the jarring of slips so I really appreciate that feature. They’re VERY light and were a bit snug on my wide-ish foot at first (I didn’t buy a wide width) but within a couple hours were stretched out comfortably. I have no issues with how the top of the shoe is built (some said it dug into the front of their ankle).I have struggled to find a shoe that meets all of my criteria:1. Are inexpensive.2. Can wear at work (professional office)3. Don’t aggravate plantar fasciitis.4. Are also comfortable while walking so I don’t have to change out of them to walk a mile+ on pavement on my breaks.5. Are non slip for water and ice (it hasn’t froze here yet since i got them)6. Will hold up for longer than 8 months or so (it’s only been a few weeks so we’ll see)So far, so good. Even if they’re a little slippery on ice and they only last me 6 months, they’re so comfortable and inexpensive that I would definitely buy them twice a year!

    Good quality for the price
I bought these shoes for when I worked at Starbucks. There was always random ice, spills and cleaning going on and I never slipped with these bad boys. They are not the cutest but definitely comfortable and reliable. I would recommend if you’re looking for a durable and affordable shoe for the food industry.

good for a year. need insoles
if you spend a lot of time on your feet at work, get some insoles for these shoes. full stop. when i first bought my first pair, it felt like my feet were being torn in half at the arch. i got some insoles, and i’ve never had that issue sincethey’re comfortable, look good, and do exactly what a non-slip shoe should do – but they start falling apart around a year into wearing them. this is my second pair, and i really should’ve gotten a third pair a year ago, because this current second pair is actively coming apart at the seamsif you don’t mind buying new shoes every year, then ABSOLUTELY get these. but if you want a pair of slip-on, slip-proof work shoes that you won’t need to regularly replace, spend a little extra to get a higher quality pair of shoes

    Best food service shoe.
Best food service shoe: as a gardener/florist I like/need comfortable, sturdy slip on shoes–that hold up if they get drenched and dirty. These are the absolute most durable shoes that I discovered several years ago and have been buying, wearing at least 5 days a week–all day–ever since. (Scholl’s, Vans, and Emeril’s literally fell apart–sometimes after getting wet one time.). There is no food service shoe made sleek for glamour–these are super comfortable, last for years, do not fall apart inside or out, made of super durable material inside and out. I buy extra and just hope they never discontinue them–that was a problem I had years ago as I see others have mentioned. Yes it seems like breaking them in a little is helpful and not wear them the 1st time 8 hours straight on your busiest workday. For a narrow little body part, the foot (men 9-12 inches women 7-9 inches) has so many dimensions that need to fit right to feel comfortable. Hoping this is a good recommendation for you.

    Absolutely killed my feet!
I am a bartender and frequently work 8-12 hour shifts that require a lot of walking, running, hitting my step goals and constantly being on my feet. My original pair of shoes are no longer available so I decided to try this brand and style. In full disclosure, I did not break these shoes in before my first shift.I broke these shoes out for an 8 hour bar shift and before I could leave the house my feet were hurting which was sign number one. I falsely assumed that it would get better after a couple of hours and once I got busy I would not notice. I was sadly mistaken. Half way through my shift, my feet were aching mercilessly and I was miserable. I couldn’t sit down and I could not stand still. By the time my shift ended and I was ready to walk out for the night, I couldn’t feel my feet, my knees were hurting, and my back was aching. If your feet have ever really hurt, you know how it takes down the rest of your body.I came home and soaked in Epsom salt for an hour and went to bed. It took 2 full days for my feet to stop hurting! I was not pleased at all. I have another bar shift tomorrow night (5/9/19) for 5 hours. I am going to give these shoes a second chance and update my review. I can tell you now if I have to buy insoles for brand new “comfort” shoes, I will not be a happy person.

    Size up, get wide!
They’re good, not great but good enough for work. I recommend to size up and get wide! Pros- they don’t scrape the back of my ankles, they’re more cushiony than the shoes my job gave me. Cons- they’re not true to size, I’m usually a regular size 7 in everything, but they were way too tight, I had to return them and get half a size bigger plus wide but now they fit great. They’re comfortable but not “walking on air” type so I still had to get insoles (I got dr.scholls 3/4) so they don’t hurt as much but I do have to pace back and forth at work a bit to keep my heels from aching.

I didn’t think it would be hard and painful to wear on my feet. Now I can’t use it in my daily work, I’m not comfortable.

Took me for 10 days to fit in my feet. The upper shoes made my feet hurts but after 10 days the shoes slowly flexible. What i like from this shoes, waterproof and anti slip. During the rainy days it’s good for me to wear this kind of shoes during work.
