   Quality shoe and good for smaller foot brace; a bit small for afo w/ full footplate
   A bit small for an AFO with a full foot plate. For reference, my daughter wears a toddler size 4 and we sized up to toddler size 5. Toddler size 6 would probably fit; however, the toddler size 5 was already too large on her other foot… she would not be able to walk in toddler size 6 on her foot without the afo.I think we the afo, we just need a wider style. It was hard to get the top of the afo (where the toes fit) and the buckles by the ankles to fit.If you have a smaller style afo or foot brace, it was a quality shoe; the Velcro straps are great for flexibility of sizing.

   Amazing for over SMO orthotic braces
   I tried 4 different kinds of Billy shoes, plus 10 or so different kinds of shoes with velcro, ties, etc until AI finally pointed me to these. They go over his braces easily , the velcro straps are extra long and stay closed and the shoes are super lightweight and he can easily RUN in these! See Drew Run in stead of See Kai Run!

   Great shoes for ankle braces
   I bought these for my 4.5 year old daughter who wears ankle braces. They fit so easily with the ankle braces. She says they are super comfortable and aren’t too bulky. She’s pretty rough on her shoes and these have lasted and seem durable.

   Light weight, great fit.
   These are excellent for kids with SMO/AFO braces BUT the braces do create holes in them pretty quickly. It is hard to find light weight shoes that are easy to put on with braces and these are excellent for that.
