    Good container
    This is a great tub for storing dog food. The size is perfect for a 25 lb of small kibble. The lid seals really well, however, I don’t tighten it all the way to make sure I can still open it later. I finally found a container the cat can’t get into! It looks great and well worth the cost.

    Quality and cute!
    We have used this for a few months now and we really like it!The lid seals well and is easy enough to open. It took a bit of practice to open and close it with ease but now it’s second nature, not an issue at all. The container itself is high quality and easy to clean. It holds a regular 30lb bag of food plus extra space.I have no hesitations on this container and it’s the most attractive dog food container I found. 10/10 would recommend.

    This storage bin is AWESOME!
    I use this for bird seed! It keeps it sealed up tight and fresh. If I filled it I wouldn’t be able to lift/carry it around. So what I do is fill it with large bags of bird seed. Then I just dip into it every morning – using the convenient opening that also has an airtight seal cover – to get out my seed for the day. It keeps it safe from attracting mice, keeps it fresh, allows me to buy larger bags of seed (money saver) and makes it super convenient to use every day! I love it. It would also be great for dog food or other bulk items. It is very sturdy and well made / great quality. It’s not bad looking but it really was a great investment. I recommend!

    Hard to open
    I absolutely love the aesthetics of this container. We use it to house rice. It seals great since it is hard to open! It stores out 25lb rice bag and is easy to use if you are strong enough to open it. For me, if it was wedged between things that can hold it in place for you to open it, that would definitely help. Other than it being hard to open for me, it’s a perfect product if you need something air tight. I love the clear window lid to see how much rice I have left in it.

    Great Container Overall
    There are some pros and cons to this container.Pros:-Stylish and aesthetically pleasing compared to a lot of the other plastic/metal ones out there-I get the smaller bag of dog food at Costco, and the entire bag pours inside perfectly-Sturdy handle makes it easy to carry-Clasps and knobs around the middle help lock it down after you fill it up. The whole top comes off pretty easily once you’ve gotten accustomed to the clasps and knobs that attach the two halves of the container together.-Pretty solid overall in terms of durability. It wouldn’t resist a bear, but I think it’s a solid build for a fully plastic container.Cons:-Pricey. I think they are asking for too much at full price. I got it on a flash sale or holiday sale, and that was worth it in my opinion.-The rubber seal on the lid does not mess around. If you are storing food outside (chicken feed, rabbit food, etc) and you need it to be locked down, I could see that working for you. As someone that uses this product indoors for dog food, I had made the mistake of turning the access lid super tight the first couple of times. You will have to fight it to get it open. Nowadays I barely give it a tiny, tiny turn when putting the lid back on because of how tight it will get. You also have to line up the lid with the grooves on the container perfectly in order to start closing it, which can cause 10 seconds of frustration everytime. So I have mixed feelings on how easy it is to open/close.

    This is great! I love the color and shape. I bought 2! It can hold all of my dogs 36lbs dog food (barely) and my cats 30lb cat food. It was worth the money and I like that I know it is sealed well.
