   Don’t be a dope
   Don’t be a dope like me, and forget to remove the cardboard inserts in the toes! I was all ready to return these rigid, narrow, hard as rock shoes. Then I noticed a bit if tan material through the decoration at the toes, and realized there was a cardboard shaper shoved deep into the toe of each shoe.Took those out and chucked them across the bathroom for good measure! These shoes are wonderful! Supportive, sturdy and adorable. I sized up a half size like others suggested, and they fit great. Highly recommend. I’ve had several pairs of shoes made by this brand and have always been impressed by how comfortable and durable they are.

   A basic, yet fashionable and extremely comfortable shoe
   The cushioning in this ballet shoe, support and much needed comfort was well worth the purchase of this Lifestride shoe. I need orthopedic-like footwear, after many years of standing and walking as an employee in retail stores. I’ve always counted on the familiarity and affordability, and lasting durability of this brand. It’s basic shoe, that is well worth the many features that I can always expect from Lifestride.

   Wide is not wide.
   This is a very attractive shoe. I have a wide foot but this was not wide enough for my foot. I wish I could have kept them because they were very nice shoes for the money.

   Narrow toe
   These shoes were nice & seemed like they would be comfortable but for the narrow toe. I don’t have wide feet but it felt like my toes were crunched together. If you have pointy toes this is the shoe for you. If you don’t I would reconsider. I’m disappointed because I really liked them otherwise.

   Cut in at the top
   They are cute, but they run small at the top of the foot. They are cute enough to wear with dresses and comfortable enough to wear while teaching all day…if they didn’t cut in at the top.

    I LOVE these shoes. Style is nice enough to wear with dresses, but casual enough to go with jeans. The taupe colour is perfect with jeans. I wore them yesterday out shopping for about 4 hours shopping, and no pinching or pain. I plan to get other colours when they go on sale again.

    Comfortable shoe. I have several very similar shoes all but Lifestride. They hold up and last well. Comfortable. My foot is slightly narrow and these fit. It’s also flat.

    The sizing is perfect for me, and I like the style, but as another reviewer mentioned, if you walk on small stones or gravel, you can feel them right through the shoe. It would be helpful if the soles were thicker.

    These are perfect shoes. The fit is right. I can in these for hours with no problem. I was hesitant to order because of some reviews. Don’t hesitate, they are well made, soft, durable, good support, cute shoes.
