   Best practical everyday shoe ever!
   Wonderful shoe, very comfortable with good arch support for long walks or long days standing. They are quite water resistant when walking in wet grass. I’ve worn kids jungle Mocs for decades (I’m an adult, but with small feet). I have this shoe in several colors, in the nubuck finish and now this smooth finish. They last and last and last without showing much signs of wear on the uppers or the soles. I still wear my first pair (purple), which is over 25 years old. I do not expect the new shoe to last as well, but it’s still very durable. And, I appreciate how easy they are to slip on and off.*** BEST OF ALL: I particularly like the soles on the kids’ version of the Jungle Moc. It is an open pattern that does NOT trap mud and grasses in the treads. It’s so easy to clean! ***Honestly think this is the most superior everyday walking shoe I’ve ever owned. It’s an excellent value.

   These are the 4th pair of shoes in this brand and style for my son. They are consistently good – durable, comfortable and versatile.

   This style of school is the only shoe my son will wear for school. This is year 7 in this style and I’ve never had an issue with quality. If he doesn’t outgrow them the shoe will last the entire school year.

   Most comfortable shoe
   Merrell Jungle Moc is my favorite shoe for over 20 years now! I do wear shoe inserts with these for some arch support and change out supports as they wear out. These shoes are easy to slip on, comfortable out of the box, and provide a good snug fit. They last about a year and I use the old ones for my back yard work. I wore a new pair when I back packed Europe for 16 days, walking up to 20 miles a day. I have also worn to work as a nurse for years. Though they are NOT slip-proof if the floor is wet. Buy a pair and you will be pleased. No sore aching feet.

   This shoe provides arch support that is great. Comfortable with a wide toe area. It slips on nicely also.

   Very nice. Nice color, wide toe box. Didn’t require any breaking in. Comfortable wearing first time all day. My biggest regret is that the second pair I ordered at the same time, never arrived.

   Great shoes!
   Edit! Years later we are still buying these! These shoes are just the best. My son was miserable trying to fit in every other shoe I had ever purchased for him until I found these about 8 years ago. He is now 13 and they are the only shoe I ever buy him. They last until he grows out of them, they are waterproof, I buy them in black and they go with everything (pants, shorts, even dressier occasions!). The best part about them is that they are pretty darn affordable at $35-50 usually depending. That’s a great price when you only have to buy one pair a year because they hold up so well.My 10 year old has gotten these shoes every year for several years. They slip on and off, which he loves, and so do I cause he can get those things right back on in the car (he takes them off within 30 seconds of climbing in). He can run and hike in them, play outdoor basketball or soccer, and they even wear well with jeans for school functions. They even wear nicely!

   My son’s favorite shoes for school
   My son calls these shoes his “slipper shoes”, they are comfortable and easy to put on and take off. They look great with his school uniform too! They have a nice stiff orthopedic sole with appropriate arch support and the treads seem to grip the pavement just right. An overall great school or everyday shoe!

    This is the second time I have I purchased this pair of shoes for my son. The first pair he wore from ages three to five and now that he’s grown out of them we have bought them again in the next size 13T. The original shoes have been in the water, mud, sand, etc. and still look decent. They are comfortable and good for walking, hiking, biking etc. He’s really sad that he grew out of them and I’m so glad that we were able to find them still. Will update review if there is any issues with quality on the new set but if they are anything like the last pair will be buying them again in the future.
