    Great headset. Super easy to connect to the xbox. Super easy to adjust the volume on the side of the headphones. The voice quality is super clear and havent heard any complaints from any other players of feedback which seems to be a common issue with headsets. Super lightweight and comfortable and can wear them for hours of gaming the battery life is incredible . Would recommend

    My favorite headset so far
    Ive had these for about 8 months. They were my first wireless headset and I loved them. Best headset I have ever owned, comfortable even after hours of play and sound was amazing. Really made gaming immersive. Unfortunately, my cat knocked them off my entertainment center, which is less than 3ft tall and one side snapped. I was a bit upset they broke so easy, off such a small fall, but I should’ve placed them in a safer spot. My only other issue is, after a few weeks occasionally I would get a repeated feedback noise that could last upto a couple minutes before it went away, but I learned to deal with it or just shut them off/on and it would go away, not sure what was the cause of that. Overall they’re a great headset and I would recommend and will most likely be buying again once I can.

    AUDIO QUALITY/CONNECTIVITY ALERT!!
    Not going to sugar coat this review, but i shouldve just not gone with this headset from reading other reviews about connectivity and audio quality. I received two of these headsets total, the first one had major issues. The first headset would not connect to the xbox at all for roughly 10 min. straight, even when its literally touching the console, likes to connect and disconnect right away. The second issue from the first headset was AUDIO QUALITY. LOTS of distortion from in game sounds, certain types of high range frequency will start the train and will not stop for about 3 min, sometimes 5. Almost sounded like the speakers were blown. So i sent the first headset back and got a replacement.The second headset is a little better but the AUDIO QUALITY still lingers in these headsets, i cant even play BF2042 for 10 min and start getting that distortion/blown speaker issue…but at least the connectivity issue was resolved.I suggest those who read this review, please do not get this headset, save your $80 and go turtle beach or something better. Never had a single headset audio quality problem until i bought this headset, just going to stick with turtlebeach. Been buying their headsets for as long as i can remember for the xbox consoles and never not once had bad issues with them other than wear and tear.

    Buyer beware!!!I’m going to glaze these headphone like a lot of people. These are OKAY headphone at best OKAY at best. They connect fast and pretty easy to Xbox I will give them credit for that and they’re pretty sturdy too. But the audio MY GOD THE AUDIO it almost sound like the speakers are blown out and from time to time the audio wil cut in and out which it really hurtfu when playing games the relay on you using your ears or when you’re listening to music while playing. These aren’t worth the 80-70 bucks for gaming. I can’t play Destiny2 or any games without the audio citing in and out. And I thought it was because I had them set up to high on the volume.. nope it just the headphones feels like the went cheap for these.

    The very long short story is that we tried for about 16 hours across 2 days to make this headset work. We called Razer support midway through, and they only did the same troubleshooting we had already done, before announcing it defective and advising we return it. Since we were able to connect it to our xbox, but couldn’t trigger the setup app to start, I suspected we had a conflict and so we did another 8 hours of various troubleshooting. I finally found a reddit thread written by someone who had their headset replaced by Razor for the same problem 3x to no avail. He had come accross a forum with the solution. It won’t run the setup app if your controller is an elite controller. We had no idea what controller we had but switched it out for one of our kid’s and voila… everything magically worked. If we swap in my husband’s controller it fails still. So, my advice is try a different controller if it connects but doesn’t work and the setup remains unavailable. Once it was working, we were thrilled. It’s got excellent sound and the controls are great. It’s comfortable too. I’m just disappointed that Razer didn’t even suggest (or aren’t aware?) that some controllers might not be compatible. Bottom line… great product once it works!
