   These things are AWESOME
   It takes a little getting used to cause it feels like something is in your shoe with all the little bumps but once you get over that it works very well. My feet don’t hurt anymore and I like the feeling now. I purchased 2 more pairs before the price goes up. Would highly recommend.

   Odd initial feeling but Comfortable when walking!
   I like them! Weird looking, feel funny on your foot when you first step on them but walking with them is very comfortable. Would definitely buy again!

   Do provide a little bit of arch support and some comfort over low quality stock insoles. Nothing amazing in my experience but they’re cheap so worth it.

   These were easy to cut to size, but really, not that comfortable in the shoes. Thin, lumpy & not really feeling the benefit. They’re okay, but I wouldn’t buy a second pair.

   I love the nubs on the sole of my feet.
   These are my favorite shoe inserts. They’re easy to trim down to fit your exact shoe. The arch is good. The nubs feel great when you’re walking. This insole keeps its shape even after you walk in them several months.
